why does sex hurt girls theyre first time??
some people have told me that its because girls are scared and the stress makes theyre body tighten up.
and then others say that its cause girls are tight and the guys are big for them.
i know this sounds stupid. but please answer my question.

Hey, i was just wondering if anybody knew of any reliable places where i could download free music..meaning they don't have spyware, and very little viruses. I tried limewire and it messed up my computer..Thanks!

I know that to be a great singer you need a voice coach, but about how much can you do without a voice coach. I'm in an Advanced Choir, and I learn a lot there, but I can't afford more than that?

Ok..i love when guys play hard to get with me. Its just a turn on and everytime and guy does it..i like him even more. Well i used to like this one guy and he immediatly asked me out after he found out i liked him. That scared me and turned me off and i didnt like him nemore. Has this happened to anyone else. Please comment!

Ok, here's the deal:
In middle school, I got teased by these two boys on my bus. They'd yell at me from the back of the bus. So embarressing.
Anyways, they went off to high school when I went into the 8th grade, but now that I'm in the high school with them [I'm a freshmen, they're sophomores], I think they're going to start bothering me again!
What can I do/say to them to make them stop [if they try lol]

My best guy friend's name is "Jay". I have liked him more than a friend for a really long time and Im too shy to tell him how i feel. He flirts with me, but it might just be "friendly flirting". I really dont know what to do, is there anyway i could let him know i like him without it being too obvious or anything else?

Ok, so me and this guy, lets call him Kyle, are THE BEST of friends. Kyle goes out with my best friend, lets call her Lauren. So they are going out but me and Kyle are such good friends, we talk about Lauren. Not behind her back really just about how she has a bad attitude towards me and he even agrees with me. Me and Kyle will pretend to "like each other" and make funny comments at church but now, im starting to feel like i like him more than a friend... I mean we even talked and he even said that we would probably go out later on in life, but he wasnt going to break up with lauren for it. And i was like "yea i know." Please dont say i need to get over him becuase its really hard... i mean hes so perfect, the sweetest g...

14/f...My friend Kate and I are crushing on the same guy, named Warren. I've only known him for about 2 weeks but Kate has known him for a whole year because they went to the same school last year. He talks to her way more than he talks to me because they are really good "friends." We both made a PROMISE that whatever happens we won't let him come between us. But whenever I see them talking I can't help but feel jealous. I know that I shouldn't be mad at her but I can't help what I feel. Please help me. I don't know what to do...in all parts of this situation.

My boyfriend has been feeling sick... You know the feeling when you get nervous and your stomach aches a little. Well it happened about a week ago...and now he's throwing up. He's been feeling like this a lot. Do you have any idea what it is? He's going to see a doctor tomorrow but I'm really worried. His parents thought it was food poisioning...but would you feel sick for days for that?

ok so i shaved "down there" the whole thing but after words i got this really itches rash and it hurts so bad i dont understand what i did wrong. i used conditioner to make it softer and after words i put lotion on it
..do you think it could be from the lotion??

Scared of High school!

Hey guys! I'm 13 years old (almost 14) and I am in 8th grade. Next year, (which is not too far away) I will be in high school (freshman). For those of you IN ninth grade or over, does it suck? It scares me because I will be going to a school with 17 and 18 year olds and I'll be only 14 when I go to high school! Is it scary to go to high school? I've heard so many bad things about high school... the boys are the worst... I could probably survive in an all girls school because boys that I klnow are just mean except a few. I'm really scared knowing that I will be in high school! Can anyone give me some comforting advice to help me feel better because everyday, I get scareder knowing that another day is past and I'm that much closer to high sch...

What's a good company to work for?

Hi!
I am currently working for a California state agency here in San Francisco. But our company is in the process of making everything digital and paperless by early next year. Because of this the management team warned us that there will be at least 60 overstaff positions once this process has been implemented.
They can't assure us (employees) that there will be no layoffs. Can you please advice me on what's the best thing to do? Do I wait for further announcements? Or should I start job searching externally? Is it still advisable to look for internal job vacancies?
