My suggestion is that you don't follow sexy-poo's advice, he/she doesn't even know how to spell Herpes. So I am sure he/she doesn't know what it is.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I forget what they are called.. but if they are what I'm thinking of, they're not zits.. And you can't really get rid of them, but to make them go down, use an exfoliator on your face once a week (even if the exfoliator says it's "gentle enough for daily use".. it's not. that's what my dermo said) and as for your back and chest, use a loofa. Good luck.

Sometimes the material of clothes you wear irritates your skin. It could also be from excessive sweat tightly copacted against your skin by your shirt (I know, gross). But if it doesn't go away, consult a doctor. I know that is very cliche of us advice-givers here, but doctor knows best. But, wait it out. They might go away.

&& Wouldn't that be nice?? :]

good luckkk

...Well, i haven't hade them personally but I've read a lot of books on this kinda thing and trust me, they're natural. It's a phase. Either that or there is to much sugar in your diet. Lighten up on the caffine, sugar and maybe even carbs andthe bumps will go away. Wash yourself daily and eat a little healthier.

If none of this effects them at all then just think that they'll pass soon. If they're eating then see your doctor and if not then they'll go away once you do this.

Hope I helped.

Those bumps mean that you are probably allergic to something. Take some benedryl or get something prescribed from the doctor.

if they itch it's probably hives, which means you're allergic to something. if you've had it for a while then it's acne. if it's hives, take benadryl and they'll go away. if it's acne see a dermatologist and they can help you get medicine.

lulabelle answered Wednesday November 30 2005, 10:56 am:
This could be an allergic reaction to something. You need to look at what you are doing differently, for example, are you using a new laundry detergent? What about a new perfume or shampoo? If you are allergic to one of these or many other substances you can experience this type of reaction. Start eliminating newly added things. New clothing, wash them. New laundry detergent, go back to your old one for a while. New perfume-put it aside for a couple of weeks. It could take up to a month for this to go away if this is the cause of these bumps. If you are a guy (you didn't specify gender) have you started shaving recently? If so these bumps could be a result of shaving. You need to start exfoliating your skin first before shaving. This means using a good facial scrub first before shaving. This helps the release the ingrown hairs which are the cause of the problem. You also want to invest in a good shaving cream. Simply start being observant. See if this isn't a reaction to something new and this could include foods. People are allergic to all kinds of things, it could be something hardly noticeable. That's why you have to become real observant about everything you do. Good luck.

Namaste,

LULABELLE
