is it true that if you eat nothing but eggs and exercise that youll loose alot of weight? like eggs make you loose weight?
i want to loose about 15 pounds by spring break in like a month and 3 weeks. please tell me ways to do that!! and food to eat that will help me loose weight!

I used to play basketball all the time and that is how i would stay in shape. But i got cut from the team and now im not as active as i used to be. I have gained a little weight in my thighs and butt. I was just wondering if anyone knew how i could tone it up in time for summer.

Well as a joke i gave my friend a lap dance, it was a dare, im not a slut. Afterword he said it was HOT, but my ass was boney. I want to make it bigger but not fat. Like just enough fat so you dont feel the bones, and i dont want to have a big stomache. 14/f, thanks!

is it passable.? some one said rubbing them works but i dont know.
im talking about actually making them bigger verse making them look bigger.
and theres no way i would take pills/surgery.

i have been running outside for about 2 weeks but its been cold lately and i just get bored from running outside so i was wondering if i could just run in the same place for like 30 minutes.. would that be the same kinda? if not, how is it different?

ok well lately ive been noticing ive been starting to eat more and my tummy has gained a bit of tummy fat and i dont have the time to work out at all but ive seen on a sight that if you suck in and hold your breath for awhile and repeatidly do that that can help build up the stomach muscles and ive been doing a few situps like 40 a day i just would like to know what else i could do that doesnt take much time and WILL WORK!

My mom bought this workout machine second hand and at first it looked like a walking/step machine but now I realise your arms move and your legs just slide back and forth, they don't go up and down (your knees don't bend like when you're walking)
Is this a ski machine? And are there any benefits to it cause it feels pretty pointless when I'm on it.

hey. well, i'm 15/f and i'm a freshman in highschool. well, i'm really out of shape, but i've been working out alot and eating healthier. i've been thinking lately and i want more friends and want to be more social because i'm kinda shy. but i also think cheerleading is fun. when i was younger i used to do those little cheerleading clinics, but then i stoped cheering. well, just out of the blue today i started thinking, and i'm thinking i want to become a cheerleader. i have a couple of friends that are cheerleaders, 1 of them is one of my best friends. but i know i'm bigger than all of the cheerleaders, but i think that over the summer i can loose weight and by the next year tryouts i will have lost some weight. but i just think it might b...

could someone tell me what they did to lose weight?
I just want my stomach to be "smaller". I have a good body, I play sports, but I have the stomach that hangs over my pants when I sit. I know everyone does, but mine like, its my whole stomach, and not just like the middle. I weigh about 145 I have muscle, I just want to lose the fat I do have. If you could tell me what you did to lose weight, I would LOVE it. Oh im a girl btw.
sports:
basketball 1 1/2 hours 6 days a week.(about 3 games a week) but basketball is almost over.

heyy, in my school we are doing the play high school musical, and i got a LEAD dancer part and im so excited.
But she says she is gonna put splits in the routine. and all the girls know how to do splits but me and the instructor says i need to get one before the show. which is in April.
soo what can i do so i can nail my split and FASTT!
im not very flexiable and im not close to it at all
so help!!!
also, we have to do puroette turns. and she wants us to do two in a row and i can barely do one. so i need help on that too!
but the spilt thing would help the best
