ankle issue.

ok well im a skinny girl 16 and weigh 117lbs but i have not so skinny ankles is there anything i can do to fix that????

What about cycling? That may work a little bit because of your ankles constantly moving but I wouldnt worry about it.

Tbh I wouldnt try not to change that if I were you. Your ankle are whats supporting your body. The last thing you wanna do is weaken your ankles.

But if they are seriousley that bad I would suggest LIGHT flexes, and cycling. <3Marizzle.
