How to loose some pounds I used to play basketball all the time and that is how i would stay in shape. But i got cut from the team and now im not as active as i used to be. I have gained a little weight in my thighs and butt. I was just wondering if anyone knew how i could tone it up in time for summer.

Hey this is not a problem at all. Try another sport, run and exercise more often. Do squats, stretches etc... One thing don't take stress and don't go on the scale to check your weight. Everyone has water weight and your weight changes through out the day. The scale will only bring you down. Check your improvement by the size of your jeans. Jog and since its cold outside jog in place at your house or dance! Thats the best! I know I've lost 45 pounds! in 2 months! ]
well, there are a number of things you can do, such as taking a jog with a friend, play another sport, or my personal favorite, play DDR if you have a PS2 and/or the game using the mat, but the later usually takes more time. you can also take strolls around the park or use your car less and walk more, like not parking all the way up at the front of the store but where it's most convenient for parking. ]
