The only way to lose weight (heathily, and long term) is by good old diet and exercise. Limit your portions, take a light jog every day, include more veggies and fruits into your diet, limit your portions of sugary drinks/foods; it really isn't that hard.

Marizzle answered Tuesday February 12 2008, 4:24 am: I have a friend who used that, and I asked her opinion as I was going to approach using it, it can causes rashes often, and also it only seems to work for a period between 1-3 weeks, after that the patch becomes useless and doesnt seem to remove any weight whatsoever. Even with a new patch everyday.
