hey everyone - when i try to comment my friend it never works! everyone else can comment him though just not me! i can pic comment + message but not comment lol. ive tried using his comment box and "adding comment" at the bottom and it doesnt work! and no, he doesnt have me blocked. anything wrong? thanks!<3

ok, me and my friend took the new york specialized high school admissions test, or SHSAT. My friend also auditioned for LaGuardia. I passed the SHSAT and made it into a specialized hs, while my friend didnt pass the test OR make laguardia. I feel really bad, and I cant really comfort her becuase I made it in. She really wanted to get into a specialized hs...what can I do to comfort her?

so i have been with this team for about 6 years and i work hard each summer and i'm still benched a lot throughout the whole season. I'm not very good friends with the people on the team and sometimes i think that i'm not that good. i'm torn between quitting when the season ends or sticking witht the team. it would only be one more year of it and then i'd be done. should i go through being benched a whole year again, and keep trying to improve, or should i just quit and let the stress and other drama be gone? help!

hey i have a problem, lately i noticed im not happy and high spirited as usual. i mean i have things ive always wanted, I.E.-an awesome boyfriend, pretty good grades, doing well in basketball, a lot of friends. but problem is, im not like...happy or high spirited like i used to be. is there any way to fix that?

Hi, well.. is it "normal" to hate a guy and like him at the same time? Because I don't want to like him but I can't help it! (gah hormones I suppose).. It seems to happen with most I guys I like.. I guess that tends to happen when you like the a**holes.. but.. other than that, I'll alwayd like a guy maybe 30%, never full out crush on 'em. Thanks in advance for your advice =)

having a bad conversation

So I just started going out with a guy and i really like him. I guess he likes me to, because when i asked him out he said yes. Well now we're going out and we don't really talk. I don't know what to do. We smile at each other in the halls and the occasional 'hi', but not much more.
What should I do.
Oh yeah he's a year younger. I'm in 8th grade he's in 7th and do you think our relationship will work?

there are these two girls who i used to be really good friends with but now all they care about is themselves. i was just at the mall and it was really bad i was crying and everything but they didn't even care about me and that upsets me a lot. i've told them what they do when they're together and sometimes they apologize and tell me they'll be nicer but then other times they tell me that i'm wrong and that they don't act like that. a lot of my other friends feel the same way but are too scared to say anything. how do i get them to change or should i just drop them as friends?

There's a new kid at my school who I think is really cute and I think that we would have alot in common as far as music and style goes. I finally took some of my previous advice from you guys to talk to him. I went up to him and said, "Hi, I'm Johanna." And he said "Uhhh...." and fled away. Girls or guys, can you tell me what you think he means?
Some people say I was maybe too perky around him, some people say he doesn't like me, and some people say he was really nervous to talk to me.
Any ideas?

I have this friend thats a boy, and I don't know if I should get him something for Valentines Day gift. We aren't going out or anything, but we are "very" close. Ok so i was supposed to go to a dance tonight but it got cancelled, and moved to March, in like 5 weeks. I sent an email to my friend, the boy i was supposed to go with. I told him the new date, and he said that "He would like to go, but it's a month away so I can't make any promises." So .. does that mean he just doesnt wanna make any definite plans? Like i realyyyy wanna go with him, and im afraid he will wait till the last minute to tell me, and i wont be able to find another date. Any thoughts .. suggestions?

well you know parents they should help u grow up and stuff but i am 13 yéars old and i dont need stupid parents like mine! they wont leave me alone they say: brush your teeth ever morning dont forget to wash your hair and then when we eat my dad always goes like: your holding your spoon uncorrect blablabla and i am not aloude to say anything than! well i dont know if every parents are like these and by the way once my mom said: dont listen to your music to loud and why dont you listen to jazz and not hip hop I LOVE HIP HOP! well what should i do now? please help!

Well my friend at school is really beautiful and very flirtatious and all the guys like her, but im kinda the tomboy girl who all the guys "hang out with" but dont "go out with". but recently her ex bf has started to like me but he says he still likes my friend (his ex) and she still likes him too(she is in a relationship), soo please help and tell me what to do !
