hey i have a problem, lately i noticed im not happy and high spirited as usual. i mean i have things ive always wanted, I.E.-an awesome boyfriend, pretty good grades, doing well in basketball, a lot of friends. but problem is, im not like...happy or high spirited like i used to be. is there any way to fix that?
GirlOfEmotions answered Saturday February 11 2006, 3:42 pm: There's always a reason why someone is sad, it's just that you haven't discovered the cause of your unhappiness. it's all a part of life. i go through it A LOT unfortunately. i always find myself sad and i wouldn't know why. it seems like your life is going pretty well. maybe there were things that you left unfinished (not LITERALLY) and you totally forgot about them and that's what kept you wondering for such a long time. you should try spending time with yourself like in a nearby park to sort your out your feelings. But have they maybe ever done something that maybe didnt ever clear up. like they said something to hurt your feelings and they apologized but it still hurts? i dont know maybe that could be it but sometimes when you have everything you thought you wanted there is something that you want a little more. is there?

Mayeb you shoudl start trying out some new things that you might enjoy and spend a lot of time with the people that make you happy. Also, try changing something like get your hair cut a new way or somethign to that extent so you have some change. I know exactly how you feel and I hope it turns out okay. ♥ [ HEYxBEAUTIFUL's advice column | Ask HEYxBEAUTIFUL A Question ]

DeadMemories answered Saturday February 11 2006, 2:05 pm: Hey,
I have a close problem to that and now I am talking to a Theripist and it's really helping me. That is if you feel that your depressed. Here is a couple of questions my theripist asked me:
Do you sleep normally?
Do you eat more or less?
Do you sometimes find yourself crying for no reason?
Do you sometimes isolate yourself from others?
If the answers are:
No
I eat more/less (Either way its bad)
Yes
Yes
If any of those are correct then you MIGHT be suffering for mild depression. But on the other hand you might just be getting sick. I can't really tell because of breif information. If have anything to add to your question feel free to drop a question in my inbox.
