yes you very well could get pregnet from that have you ever herd of pre ejaculation?? a guy dosnt know its happing and it can happen at any point when a guy is aroused.Its a clear fluid that contanes spirm and any stds if the guy isnt clean.I would consider it having sex his penis did enter you.The next time you want to fool around with any one use a condom.

I doubt that you're pregnant, since from what you say he didn't even come close to ejaculating. However, I would do two things:
1) Get a pregnancy test:either buy one from a pharmacy or go to a free clinic(if you have one where you live.
2) Stop fooling around without a condom. Continue the way you've been going, another "dude" might get rough and rape you. That way, your troubles might well be threefold;post rape trauma, pregnancy AND an STI or worse still, AIDS.
On consideration, that should be three things:

i'd definately say that was sex. you COULD possibly be pregnant but if you guys didn't like..ya knowww maybe not. for you to be pregnant, there'd have to be sperm. if not then don't worry about it.

Why the hell would you not use a condom? And how old are you? Yes, i think it would be called sex. And you could be pregnant. You need to go get checked to see if your pregnant. Why wouldnt you tell him to use a condom? Your talking about this guy like you dont even know him well, is he your boyfriend or what? And how old are you? Sorry if i sounded mean.
