stomach exersizes

What works better;; sit-ups or crunches?? This is to get rid of stomach flab && make it look nice and flat for summer. Or are there other stomach exersizes that work better?? Do any of those work?? Any tips?? Thanks. Ill rate Fives! <33

Hurtful Things

Alright. Well. I Found Out In The Beginning Of The Year That My One Friend Alicia Said Something Pretty Hurtful About Me To Our Other Friend Jasmine. Well, Alicia Said Something About My Weight && It Was Mean. I Didn't Bring It Up Then Because I Was Too Embarassed && Stuff. But, Should I Just Forget About It? Or Bring It Up Now (Not Like Get Mad, But Ask Her About It)? Or Is It Too Late && I Just Should Let It Go? I'll Rate && Give Feedback. Thanks!

Dreaming of the future

I dream of the future. My dreams come true 2 weeks to 3 months after. Is there a name for this or a way I could control it? Or find out when its going to occur (besides when I dream of me looking at the time and then the thing happens)

I'm 18/F and I have literally done nothing sexually. The furthest I've ever gone is one closed-mouth kiss 4 years ago that lasted a few seconds. How pathetic is this? Why aren't guys attracted to me at all?
There's a guy I kinda like now and I really want to hook up with him but I have no clue how to go about that considering I've had zero experience. Help!

ever since my boyfriend dumped me for my mother, i have been all alone. no guy wants me because my mom is so pretty. they go out with me and then dump me for my mom, who willingly dumps her latest husband for the guy. (just to tell you, i'm eleven years old) what should i do?

This is for people in high school. Sorry if it's long but I'll rate all 5s && give feedback! When you go into high school from middle school, does everything change alot? && Also, do you loose a lot of friends/do a lot of people change/is there a lot more work?? I'm just really nervous for high school && that everythign's gonna change I know high schools "the best years of our lives" but Im scared so if you guys could tell me your expierences with it && if you loose your old friends/best friends && everything changes && how it changes. i"m having some major trouble! This guy i like..he totally dosen't know I like him--and he will never know! Because i didnt tell him! And there wont be next time cause i'm never going to see him again. i also don't have his number or email! i keep thinking about it so i have to do something before i can explode! but what can i do???? pls help!

is walking cardio or aerobic exercise? i want to lose my stomach flab because whenever i do crunches, they never work and i have been doing them for like 3 monthes and 5 times a week. so if i walk around my street and stuff for like 20 mintues.. would that help me lose that stomach fat ? if so how long will i be able to see results?
if walking doesnt help lose stomach weight, what can other than running and diet?

Guilt after sex?

I'm eighteen years old, and female.
This morning, I just had anal sex with my boyfriend for the first time. I was allright during, and it was fully consentual, but now, several hours later, I can't shake this feeling of guilt.
My question is, is it common to feel guilty after a sexual act? If there's any advice that you can offer, I would appreciate it. I'm feeling ashamed of myself and I don't want to let my boyfriend touch me sexually ever again, and I really want things to be the same as they were before.

i am a sophmore in highschool and im starting to get really nervous about my grades and my future. i havent been doing so good this year but ive been passing. i heard the junior year counts the most? well im not in the smart math class but im in academic, well the second academic class so its not a "dumb class" or a "smart class" im passing so would i be able to get in college with that class? i failed my math class last year and never made it over and i was never asked to, if i dont make it up i wont get credits to college, correct? i have no idea what to do im really nervous! im starting to just do really well and starting to do good this term and i want to follow through for next year too.. help please

my mom works at a farm, like she plants flowers and such and this summer she wants me to go plant flowers with her so i can earn money. the thing is im lazy and i dont want to go. basically i would have no life over the summer, i mean summer is suppose to be a time to have fun hang out with friends and just have a good time but shes ruining my summer cause i have to effing go to work with her. i cant stand it at all, shes always saying that oh even michelle thats 10 years old goes and helps her mom to plant. ugh i always tell her that i dont care i dont want money then and i try to be nice about it but then she wont accept what i tell her! its gonna b...

i am going away in july (i went to aruba last summer and met a bunch of friendly locals) but my family and i are going back and i have gained over 15 pounds since august. i hoenstly do not know how i pulled it off, im very upset about it. before i had a really cute figure but now its just terrible i am 5'5 156 lbs. my arms are flabby, my stomache is wide and my legs are also flabby and i despise myself as of right now. well my cousin and i have kept in touch with the people we`ve met there and not only for my vacation but for this summer i reallly need to lose weight. alot of it. i know hydroxy cut and diet pills are bad but would they help if i took them and worked out a whole lot. help pleaseee

i dont look fat, but im overwieght. im 13 and im 5'6 and about 150 lbs. im on a swim team, lacrosse team, soccer team, im not a couch potatoe. my parents think i am. my dad bought a box of cookies, and i had 2. they were gone by the end of the night and my mom told my dadthat i probably had 4 or 5. i didnt and i told them and my mom was like whatever and my sister said she had 4. i have a check up tomorrow at the doctors, and my parents are gonna be reminded how fat i am. it hurts me cause i know im freaking fat and i would do anything to change it but they dont need to talk about me even though im just upstairs. i never cry yet i am right now. just tell me im not over reacting.

okay well i have a cricket phone. and like the only way to get a ringtone is to go to mycricket.com and sign in and crap but everytime i try to make an account it says that the number already has an account. then everytime that i go to a ringtone site it says that my phone is not compatable. and i really want a ringtone but like i dont know how to get one. please help <3

Lizzie Gracie and Nermonie are in a big fight. Nermonie and Gracie are on the same side. Nermonie got a hold of Lizzie's diary and photocopied the page that had all the guys she'd love to date on it then made flyers with her biggest secrets and that list and handed them out to everyone in our grade. It didn't stop there. Nermonie and Gracie made a rumor that Lizzie and her sister masterbate together and finger each other.
