i am going away in july (i went to aruba last summer and met a bunch of friendly locals) but my family and i are going back and i have gained over 15 pounds since august. i hoenstly do not know how i pulled it off, im very upset about it. before i had a really cute figure but now its just terrible i am 5'5 156 lbs. my arms are flabby, my stomache is wide and my legs are also flabby and i despise myself as of right now. well my cousin and i have kept in touch with the people we`ve met there and not only for my vacation but for this summer i reallly need to lose weight. alot of it. i know hydroxy cut and diet pills are bad but would they help if i took them and worked out a whole lot. help pleaseee

You can join a gym and maybe even try other diet programs such as WeightWatchers.. you are lucky,because you have untill July to loose the weight. If you cant loose the weight by them then just do not worry about it.. you may not look te best for others, but the main point is to look good for yourself<33
Itz_your_luckee_day answered Friday April 14 2006, 11:06 pm: someone asked a similiar question so i'm just going to copy and past what i said to her... these aren't really dieting ideas but they are ways to keep you motivated and just little helpful things to remember daily
*put full length mirrors throughout your house or room so it can act like a constant reminder for you to get off the couch and excersize
*some people print off pictures of celebrities that are super skinny and tape them in the refrigerator and stuff as a "rolemodel".. i'm sure you know what i'm talking about
*record what you eat in a chart or journal somewhere and look at the list at the end of the day then cross off things you wish you hadn't eaten and then put a sticky note on those foods so the next day you'll remember what you'll end up regretting
*don't stop eating just eat healthy and excersize!
*if you stop eating your body thinks it needs to store food so the next time you eat it'll try and keep it for a long time and store it as fat.. does that make sense? that definitely isn't the way to go.
*take your time to think about what you're buying at the grocery store.. if you don't do the grocery shopping start going with whoever does normally. when you throw something in the cart it doesn't matter if it looks healthy look at the ingredients and then decide if you're going to buy it.
* try and feel comfortable with yourself no matter what size, it's important to love the way you look no matter what, don't stress too much over the whole weight issue. you sound very stressed and angry and i think it would be good if it was more of a goal setting thing. don't set goals like *lose 10 pounds by august* ..no set goals like * have a consistent healthy diet by august*. it's just a better way of thinking and will end up being more efficient.
Kays answered Friday April 14 2006, 10:35 pm: dont take n e pills. i heard from a friend that is you drink at least 8 bottles of water (like bottles you get in the store) a day you loose a lot of weight b.c you pee out all of your weight. excercise* everyday. jog in the morning after breakfast and in the night after dinner, just around your block/neighborhood. also, on the weekends you can go the the gym if you are up to that much commitment if you do this everyday until you go on vacation you shold loose at least 20lbs by then. hope i helped.
