Strep throat?

My throat is all swollen and sore. Its very hard to swallow, breath, and I cant talk anymore. I'm freezing cold; even during my volleyball game, when everyone was sweating and it was so hot. I haven't eaten in a few days, cause nothing will go down without excruciating pain.
I can't get to the doctor until Monday,
has anyone else had this? Is it just strep?

Teenager In Trouble Yet Refuses Help

It's hard for advice if the question needs to be brief as there's no background on which to base the answer.
That said, my 15yo daughter (not living here) is showing many signs of a teenager in trouble; she recognises life's tough for her at the moment yet when I've suggested therapy or councelling she flat out refuses. Those close to her have tried to councel her but I feel she needs someone she's not related to, before she'll open up and face the turmoil in her life (some she's created and some out of her control).
I am seriously concerned for her welfare and have tried seeking advice from the "welfare system" which was unable to help.
I'm a 42yo single mum with another daughter 14...

Parkinsons disease medication

My grandmother is 69 years old and was diagnosed with parkinsonism in august 2004.She started her medication with indernal and selegiline and had gait problems,unsteadiness and difficulty in braking and turning.In june 2005 her medicines were changed to tidomet 125 mg and pacitane 2mg with no improvement and by august her previous symptoms were increasing.In december 2005 she started taking rapitor .5 mg , jumex 5 mg and parkin 5 mg.By end december her parkin was tapered off , jumex was stopped and ropitor was tapered off and stopped by end january.In january she started pramipex .125 mg and had severe freezing and began stooping more.In february her pramipex was increased to 3 times a day with no change at all.And by april her pramipex was...

Hi there!
I am a 24 year old female who is single. I am currently liking my co-worker/friend who is a year older than me. Can you please help me decipher whether he likes me or not.
I have been with the company that I work for over a year. But towards the end of last year my co-worker started to act weird around me. He tends to hang-out in my cubicle more and takes time to chat with me. He acts extra sweet and nice to me compared before.

Coming Clean

Hi. I was wondering, does anyone know anything about cleaning your syster from sugar and stuff I guess? Because my cousin's boyfriend (who works in a hospital) said something some time ago about how he has been drinking water for a month and is trying to clean out his system. Can you do that by drinking only water? How much water a day? How long does it have to be? OK, thanks!

well when even i pull my pants down(like to go to the bathroom)there is this white gooey stuff in my underware and it kinda smells and i dont think it id yeast infection because they say yeast infection kinda looks like cottage cheese

Okay so i was wandering...
what do you think about extensions?
do extensions come in only one color, i mean do they have extensions for people with highlights? how much is it around?
can you really tell a person has them?
are there different kinds of extensions, if so what do you suggest??

i moved from my home-city to live with my sister for 6 months now, im moving back home in a couple of months. i miss my ex we didn't date long but i know something was there for sure. and i can't seem to let that go. so am i just like obsessed with him or what? i miss him. :( hes so perfect. and i don't think anyone can love him more than i can. i wanna talk to him so bad but im afraid its gonna be awkard like last time. sometimes it seems like hes talking about me when hes online and leaves messages. i don't want to get my hopes up. what should i do? i wanna get over this guy! hes taking up too much space in my heart!

Lacrosse

I play Lacrosse and I ahve been for like 5 years. I'm pretty good, but I'm not really anything special. Well, my running isn't all that great, and I'd like to improve on my footwork (I mainly play defense, and I have to keep pace, and outrun the other girl).
Are there any drills or things to practice in order to help my cardio and muscles for running, improve my footwork and work on any other Lacrosse skills?
I know it's a general question, but I'd really like to do better. My coach isn't all that great so I feel like even if I do well at practice I'm not doing enough.
Anyone can answer, but I'd prefer if it were runners or Lacrosse players.

Can't get onto AIM

Ok. Well, my computer won't let me sign on, or download AIM because it keeps saying there is an error or something and to try again. And I can't get on my e-mail account either because there's an error there too.
Does anyone know why or how to fix this?
And I just had it fixed and when I tried to get onto AIM it wouldn't let me.. in case it helps.

okay so here is my story. my parents had me before they got married..but they got separated before that so i guess im technically a love child-but anyways thats not the point.
what my question is, is who should i live with as i go into my first year of high school???
let me give you a bit of an updated backround before you answer this not-easy question...
~dads house~ dad, stepmom, and stepbrother (17)
PROS: no crying babies, more alone time, more time with me/my dad, more attention(more like atleast some attention), good healthy food, spending money, dad usually takes me places on the weekends

My best friend has been kind of mad at me for a while now. Not like angry pissed off and doesn't talk to me; just kind of like hurt, upset, can't talk to me. I asked him to tell me what I did and he wouldn't. He's been kind of mean to me (well I think he's being mean but I know it's just because of whatever I did) and I really couldn't stand it. I've known him almost all my life and I can't have him act this way towards me and not tell me why.
