Hi. I was wondering, does anyone know anything about cleaning your syster from sugar and stuff I guess? Because my cousin's boyfriend (who works in a hospital) said something some time ago about how he has been drinking water for a month and is trying to clean out his system. Can you do that by drinking only water? How much water a day? How long does it have to be? OK, thanks!

You find out the amount of water you should drink each day by taking your body weight in pounds, dividing it by two, taking one of the sums and turning it into fluid ounces. Doing it this way stops some people from drinking too much water, yes it is possible, and others from not drinking enough. As with most things it's all relative. Good luck. Your cousin's boyfriend was right about water, it is healthy for you and since it cause you to go to the bathroom more, it gets all the bad stuff out. Other parts of your body need water too, which is good. The best amount of water is 8 glasses a day. Or 6 big bottles of water every day, that's what I try to drink. You should drink pure water, juice or tea. Coffee and soda does NOT count as water. So drink up, because it will make you feel better, and be healthier.
