ok i'm GONNA lose weight i'm gonna do 35+ crunches everyday 20+ lunges and my meals will consist of the following:
Breakfast: some sort of fruit,and either a piece of toast, or a gronola bar with a piece of fruit.
Lunch: baked chips, fruit, and (help me with what kind of sandwich) water.
Dinner: salad, chicken, and water
ok i hope this is good but if this isnt please help me out and tell me what to do.

I'm mutually in love with someone and I want OUT!

I've been with my boyfriend for a year now. I'm completely in love with him, and he seems to be in love with me as well. And, well, just recently another girl has popped into his life. He has emotions for her that he is trying to hide, though he has admitted and I know that they're there -- But he won't act on these emotions because "he doesnt want to hurt me."
Now, when I imply that I am going to back away so he can just continue on and be with another girl, he doesn't let me. He gets scared. Like he wants to keep me close.
And part of me wants to just let him be with this girl because I can't be happy knowing he likes someone else, and is still with me. But at the same time, i don't even have it in ...

15/f i asked a guy out on a date and he said yes, and we have hung out a few other times. When are you an official couple and when is it okay to introduce someone as your 'boyfriend'. also its raining where we are and i was wondering if anyone had any ideas a little more original than a movie for a date idea somewhere in seattle

My mom's college reunion is coming up and I can't make it. This really nice, funny, and may i mention CUTE boy is gunna be there that I have known since i was a tiny baby. I have quite a large crush on him, but we see eachother like 2-3 times a year. I can't go to the reunion because of a really busy schedule. I really want to maintain the friendship with this boy but how can I get my mom motivated to invite his family over when she HATES having people over? They live like an hour and a half to two hours away. My mom thinks its too far for them to drive.

ok so this boy right? we like each other but nothin has happend. we're cool and all. i never really told him how i REALLY felt like why i like him and stuff like that. after this school year he might move and i don't want him to forget me. soo.. should i tell him how i feel before the summer? my fear is that i dunno if he feels the same way. advice please lubb youzz!!

I just found a tick in my hair (Which has probably been there since saturday since I got three on my pantlegs but didn't bother to cheak my hair, yes I know I'm stupid) I know the chances of getting lime disease are slim, but what are signs I should lookout for? he made another mistake

ok so my exboyfriend whent on a trip this weekend and he got drunk and went skinny dipping w/ his friend and her sister and ended up having sex w/ both of them cuz he liked both the girls. he told me because he has some feelings left for me but i cant trust him i know i cant ive been trying to get him to stop drinking for ever and its reasons like this that make me try to get him to stop so he doesnt do anything stupid which he already did. he feels bad about it but he already did it! what can he change now? and i had a really strong feeling the night that it happened that he had done something he would regret. lately ive been missing him and considering taking him back but what do i do now? i odviously cant trust him. please help!!

Nightmares

OK, I don't know if anyone knows anything about dream meanings, but, I really need help with this one. It's disturbing to me. I had a nightmare that my 2 year old daughter was getting mauled & eaten by a tiger and the worst is nobody was doing anything about it. Any ideas?

OK. So. My mom got her period when she was 16. My oldest sister got it the summer before 6th grade, and my other sister got hers around 9th grade. I'm a 32A bra size. In 7th grade ;; Any guesses to when I'll get mine? I rate.

Well I have this well ex friend. We hang out with the same people but we don't talk to each other. Now our enemy hangs out with us and she kinda talks to her like the whole time. Anyways sometimes she wants to talk to me and like by the look on her face wants to be friends again,but hasn't said anything, but she ditched me so I don't want to talk to her. Should I just talk to her or ignore her because she treated me pretty bad. help?

i really cant stand my sister. like anytime she says anything, i like want to kill her. she gets on my last nerves, and its at the point that i cant even be in the same room. shes yougner than me, and thinks shes innocent, but she bugs the hell out of me, and i really cant take it. any suggestions to like get her less annoying (there is ab-suh-lutely NO way im going to a therapist)

I know I'm anorexic and leaning towards being bulimic too. But that's not my problem(yes I know it's a problem but not the one I'm concerned with right now), but my problem is that I need to tell someone but I don't know how. I'm too afraid of what their reaction will be to tell someone. I asked my friend if she's read my online journal where I talked about it as kind of a hint for her to look at it but I don't think she got it. So should I just ask her to read my journal so that she knows and I don't have to come out and say it? (as you can prob tell...I have confrontation problems) Thanks! I rate high!!

i have a blog but i haven't posted anything in it because i don't know what to write about! i mean i started to talk about my day, but nothing exciting really happens i mean who wants to read about how i learned about fractions in math? does anyone have ideas on what i could post? please don't say my life cause my life is BORING.
also, i dont want to write about my life cause i want my friends to visit my blog and i act unlike myself around them so if they read what the real me is like they will think i am weird.
