Well it takes a long time for marijuane to leave your system. So, I would be really honest with the doctor. They aren't going to get mad, they deal with this stuff more often than you think.

Yes, it is bad. Make sure you tell the doctor administering the anesthesia that you have recently smoked marijuanna. They aren't there to judge you, but they can take precautions if need be.

Yes. It is quite bad.

You should tell the doctor who is administering the anesthetic what street drug you took and how long ago. If it was say, a week ago, I would think you'd be safe, but if you were high yesterday, tell the doctor. Anesthetics are dangerous! An interaction with a street drug could be life-threatening. So be honest (there is really nothing they can do about you admitting to pot use, and most doctors would be grateful for your honesty. They really don’t want to kill you.)

I don't know how long you mean by "a while" but you aren't supposed to have anything to eat or drink 12 hours before your surgery, and you are also advised not to smoke for the same amount of time. The same would go for smoking pot, I assume.
