plz answer this, as much help as possible is needed

ok i'm GONNA lose weight i'm gonna do 35+ crunches everyday 20+ lunges and my meals will consist of the following:

Breakfast: some sort of fruit,and either a piece of toast, or a gronola bar with a piece of fruit.

Lunch: baked chips, fruit, and (help me with what kind of sandwich) water.

Dinner: salad, chicken, and water

ok i hope this is good but if this isnt please help me out and tell me what to do.

Go to www.mypyramid.com. You can put in your age & your amount of excercize per day. The system calculates how many calories a day you should eat. Most girls get around 2000. It's then broken down into your own pyramind showing how much servings of grains, fruits, vegetables, dairy products, fats( you need some ), and protein you need a day/week.

I'm not saying you're concidering doing this first part, but it's just a precaution and things you can warn your friends about.

Well, starving yourself isn't the answer. When you starve yourself, you lose weight too quickly and your body releases chemicals that make you smell HORRIBLE. Oh yeah, and your body eats away your organs.

Now as far as exercise; there are sooo many diets out there, and most of them work about the same. Treadmills are bad for your knees, so I'd recommend an elliptical running machine, or a bike. Either way if you want to lose (fat) weight, it needs to be cardio exercising. Weigh lifting mostly just builds muscle.

Right now what I'm doing is going every other day on an elliptical machine. You can look them up on Google image search if you don't know what they are. It's good to do cardiovascular exercise for about 30 mins at a time.

Oh yeah, I just learned that Gatoraid is a life saver. Seriously, there was an immense difference when I worked out with and without Gatoraid. It gave me enough energy to keep going for a while.

Junk foods around the house need to go. It's always good to have healthier alternatives. If you have junk around and easily accessible, you'll pretty much find yourself eating it.

OK, I have recently lost about 15 pounds. I did Turbo Jam which is alot of fun it's kickboxing/dance. Whole grain and vitamins are very important. Stay way from processed meat and lunch meats as alot contain high salf. Fish and Grilled chicken is the way to go. Fruits and veggies are important look on the internet for the correct portion of them to eat. You should drink a gallon of water a day...throughout the day. I did it and it's hard but it helped. Try not to eat the same thing everyday or you'll get frustrated and bored. Plus talk to your doctor about an eating plan that will work for you. Absolutely stay away from anything with artificial sweetner it's awful for you. I don't care what people say about it. Good luck and if you need support just ask me. I'm right there with ya.
