Not to be too personal.. i have to say i have large breats i am a 'c' !! be thankful i know girls who have them dont want them and girls who dont have them DO want them so... there are NO creams or any techniques... to make them grow faster.. you could gain a LITTLE weight and see how that does... cause i know girls have to have a certain amount of body fat to start their period... so if ur really skinny.. just try gaining one or two pounds.. see how that does it for you.. but there is no other way..

I don't think you can make them grow faster, but they all grow at different times. So just because your friends have them, doesn't mean you have to have them. Just wait until they grow.
