My hair doesnt stay straight

since i have naturally curly hair and i always straighten it..it NEVER stays straight and yes i have layers and i hate them i am trying so hard to grow them out but my hair grows soo slow. its a little past my shoulders or a little longer but my layers always flip in or out and it looks ugly! my hair doesnt scrunch or curl so i have to straighten it and it always seems to get greasy too by the end of the day. what do you think i could do?! is there anything? i dont really have much money to buy anything either...well thanks!

How to get a boys attention

how can i get a guys attention that i havent met before!? i am SOOO shy so i wouldnt just go up to him i want HIM to notice ME and be like wow..that girl is gorgeous. but i dont see myself as that and i always think ugh he is gonna go for that girl over there or he is gonna look at that girl and think that because they are all prettier than me! what do you think i should do. he is also always around these popular kids at his school.

im so sick of MYSELF right now! i dont know what it is with me but i just am so sick of my looks. all the other girls no matter if they are older or younger than me are soo much prettier! i mean i think i have a nice body but my face..is not pretty at all and im a shy girl! im about 5'6 and i weigh about 120-125 with brown hair and brown eyes which i hate! but today i went to this county fair and these ugly boys would always say somethin to us never the cute ones and whenever i saw a cute guy i would always think ohhh hes never gonna look at me there are SOO many other prettier girls than me. i just get so down on myself! i dont know what to do i mean yeah i try and try to tell myself differently but i just dont see it! im jealous of like e...

Same old story

Yes, I am sure everyone is getting sick of these "does he like me" questions. But, you have to understand the only reason they are being asked is because we sometimes can't tell as well as a 3rd party would. So, here it goes...I seen this guy I know at the video store & he walked out with me to the parking lot & we ended up standing there for a good half an hour talking. He made some sexual remarks, jokingly. Then, he even said, "you in the market for a boyfriend because your all gussied up." And, yes he was looking at me a lot. Now, does he actually kinda like me or do ya think he was being "friendly." Sometimes, I just can't tell. Thanks.

ok it has been two years for me liking this guy we have went out and broke up several times... currently he is going out with this other girl and it is making me annoyed! I really don't want to like him anymore but i just can't stop and anyways i no for a fact that he likes me bc when i told him i liked him he asked me if i would ever go out with him after him and the other girl broke up...

Okay so, I'm 14 and I weigh 105 pounds [[i'm 5'1"]] I've never really had any issues with my weight or self esteem or anything but lately whenever I look in the mirror I feel super fat. So for around the past 4 months i've been cutting out the foods I don't need and i've been counting how many calories I consume daily. Well, it keeps getting lower and now I'm down to 600 a day. I don't know what's wrong with me but I think something might be wrong.. I keep telling myself that I'm going to not look at the calories in everything or that i'm going to eat more but then i'll look in the mirror and it'll all go down the drain and i'll start doing it again. 16/F, Recently, this guy told me how he felt and he said that he loved me since 7th grade. I'm thinking isn't just an obsession or a huge crush? and is it possible to love someone even if you're not with that person and you don't have a relationship with that person?

okay i am having alot of trouble in school since my X- boyfriend moved to monroe...we were doing just fine but then he moved and now im failing two classes with two B's and one C and if i dont get my grades up im grounded till the end of the year, and my X says he likes me two but we shouldnt date b.c we are too far away..what do i do??

okay. well i know it's normal for some people to read a lot. i havent ever been into reading until maybe 2 weeks ago.. i went through all my library books and my mom let me borrow some books from her.. one of them was named Melody and it was from an author named V.C. Andrews
i know its kinda wierd, but i absolutely LOVE the book to the point where im making my mom get me her other books in the series. now here's the problem, there's only five books in the series and im not reading the last one because it's about Melody's grandmother and it just doesnt sound interesting. Sometimes when im alone in my room i will talk to myself..like its hard to explain but i talk to myself out loud..except i answer myself too..its like i work myself thru my problems by talking to myself..does anyone else do this? or is there something wrong with me? i feel stupid for doing it and if anyone were to ever hear me i would die but is it okay to do this?

ok here's the deal. there waz this boy. he told me he loved me. i didn't belive him.we became friends. he got a girlfriend who's also my friend. now i think i love him but can't have him. ( i don't think i envy them, feels like love to me.) I can't date him ever because he's dated my friend. i think he still likes me because he acts like it. What should i do.

Ok I have asked a few questions about this guy before, mark (not real name)and we went out in 6th grade even though he really didnt like my and was just pressured by his firends. He broke it off with me and I struggled getting over him for 2ish years, then this year thinking I was over him I started likeing him again. Anyway he is going to the formal (year end 8th grade dance) with his good firend who is in love with him. The thing his he dosen't like her that way. He flirts with me all the time, and my firends think that he likes me. He has a nick name for me and i just don't know what to think, and I REALLY DON'T want to see him dancing with HER because she loves him and might suduce him. ugh what should I do?

Best Firends?

Me and my firend have been best firend sence 2nd grade (now were in highschool).We had a little fight(blown out of proportion)our first fight! and we have been firends for like 8 years. Anyway that was months ago it only lasted about two days.I have noticed that our firendship seems to be fading. One of my other firend amy has been hanging with my bestfirend alot, basically everyday. She barly hangs out with me let alone anyone else now adays because she is always with amy. I feel bad and don't want to say anything because amy died died last summer and she really needs someone to support her. My other firends also commented on her always with amy and she got really mad.What should I do? Just stand back and watch our firendship fade?

my sister is always finding ways for me to get in trouble when it's not my fault.
