Running

well i'm being told that just doing a bunch of ab exercises will not eliminate the extra fat i have on my lower stomach. i'm being told that i have to do some kind of cardio too, like running. i've always wanted to start running in the mornings or in the evening (like 7:00), but i'm too embarrassed to. i'm 14/f and the only people that run in my neighborhood are adults. i think it is really embarrassing to be the only teen running. and when i do go running i feel really unconfortable doing it. are there any other cardio workouts i can do inside? i really want a treadmill but my mom wont get one. i also have DDR, but it really hurts my feet and i get bored doing it after like 10 minutes so that isn't helping.

should i see the doctor now i have had sex?

hey! i had sex for the first time last week. We were safe as i am on the pill and we used a condom. I was just wondering if i should go see the doctor now i have had sex? I heard i would need a smear test or something? also if i do need to go should i go straight away or can i wait?

Am I ready?

I'm going out with this guy. He really loves me and I really love him. I haven't seen him since he asked me out. I used to see him every Sat. at a place I go. He gave me his phone number. I called the next day and for 3 weeks I'd call and we'd talk about normal crap and then I finally told him I liked him. He acted like he didn't like be back so I backed off and just started talking about normal stuff. So, he finally on fourth of july nite said he had a confetion to make and told me he liked me still. And then He asked me out. I said yes! But now I want to know when I see him this Saturday, Should it be more than just a hug?

psychology. . .

Well, here's the thing. I know that I want to become some sort of psychologist/therapist for a career, I just don't know what specifically. This is what I want to do:
1. I want to help children/teens
2. 1 on 1 counceling and group therapy
3. I wan't to have my own practice
4. I wan't to help kids with their problems- not just study them
Do any of you know what field I need to go into specifically?
I would really appreciate the advice

A girl ive seen but finally met.

So there is this girl. I've seen her at this resturant for the past 2 years but never said a word to her because i'm so shy. We had a picnic this weekend and my mom's friends daughter came and with her was this girl.After the picnic I was told that she thought I was cute and such a nice person. So I was invited back to the apartment the next day of these 2 girls. We watched 2 movies and ate dinner othing big. So when I got home I text the girls friend and asked if this girl even likes me or what. I got in reply She does but wants nothing serious. How do I go about that? Do I still try to become close and hope more happens or what? Any help is thankful.

ok this is very embarrasing but I am and girl but when i was born i was born with a penis..he doctor says im a girl cause i have boobs and i have periods...dont ask me how cause i really dont know how. When i have sex with boys do u think this will creep them out? and should i get my penis removed?

Alright i am trying to download a new font to my computer. And when i do i save it and go to control panal and go to fonts and then click file and hit add new fonts but i look for it and i cannot find it!

Hey, Well for some time now I've been having problems, i have been extremely "out of it" and everything. And I have talked to 2 of my friends about it (one is my bf) and both think i have this thing called dissociation or something. I am really concerned that if i tell anyone or ask about it. They will think i'm crazy. I mean i think i'm crazy myself, but Still. i don't want them to think that. My bf espeshally (sorry about the spelling). He told me to talk to my parents about it. I really Don't want to. I don't have a good relationship with my parents at all. They will judge me, or something. Well i really just don't want to. Please help. What can i do? :(

my friend and i are recently getting in fight and they are mostly about her bf(im 14/f by the way)her bf said some really mean stuff to me and my friend was mad at him about it for like 5 min and then forgave him.she always does that when hes mean to me or her. Should her and i stay friends or should we go our seperate ways?
