hair coloring

I am getting my hair cut this Friday for my "back to school haircut" (school starts on the 28th). I am also planning on getting it colored and my question is will the color hold strong until i go back to school? I have never had my hair colored professionally before and i am going to a top of the line place (philip pilusis sp?) and my hair is a light brown and it is going dark brown if that helps. My my called and they said that there wasn't going to be any fading and the color would last 6-7 weeks.
So my questions is, is it safe to get it colored that far in advance to school or is it a better idea to wait until a week later ( i would prefer not to wait if i am 100% sure i will be alright)

New Hair/Makeup for new school year!

Hiya =). I am 14 year old Female.. I have brown eyes and brown hair that 99% of the time i wear curly... I own tons of makeup and is very well on puting on evreything from foundatin to liquid eyeliner.. I have not too light but not to dark skin ( www.myspace.com/meg_92 ) anyways.. i was hoping someone could give me some new makeup&&hair ideas for the new school year.. please. help!

Am I being selfish?

Tomorrow is my first day of school and i'm really excited. But I have to get up at 5 in the morning to get ready and leave for the bus stop at 6:20ish. Problem is my shower is broken and we can't get the repairs done till 10 in the morning tomorrow.. ughh. My mom is letting me use her shower in her room but I can't until her boyfriend gets up 5:45! I really can't wait that long because it takes me an hour to get ready. It's not like I can't do some things before I take a shower like putting on my make-up, clean my ears, and stuff. I asked my mom nicely if she could get up at 5 and so could her boyfriend just for one day. And it's only a half hour difference. She started flipping out on me too. Okay, so i had sex(in a pool) for and 6 minutes, and my bf did not ejaculate.
I haven't gotten my period, though, it should have started yesterday or today, and i'm very regular.
But ALSO! understand that i was not eating correctly for the past about 4-5 weeks, but i am doing a little better this week.
And yet, i'm still losing weight. I was 124, and now i am 114.
I checked pregnancy symptoms, and i have absolutely NONE of them.
Do you think I can be pregnant? or do you think my period is acting up because of the lack of eating correct, a month previous to getting my period?
I know none of you are doctors, but i'm so nervous, and i can't really talk t...

Whenever I come back from a vacation with my family, my one friend (Jaime) always has these inside jokes with my other really good friend in her profile and websites and stuff. I don't get it cause she never does that when I am home but when I am away, she does. Why does she do that? Is she trying to make me jealous or something? Cause when all three of us are hanging out she will say an inside joke and I will just sit there cause I'm not part of it. Should I talk to her about it?

Losing Weight in certain areas

Hi, i'm 13/f & 117-120 pounds and im not necessarily "overweight" but i'd like to lose some fat in certain areas, mostly the butt/thighs/hips...What type of diet should i be on (carbs vs. calories, etc) and what excercises should i be doing, and if i do this how long will it take to get results. thanksss in advance

Holiday Hair

I have shortish, frizzy, curly hair which I normally straighten. However, I am shortly going on holiday and would like to avoid the 'frizzball' effect after being in a pool.
Does anyone have any tips on products that will calm my hair and make it look presentable until I go back to my room and can shower it out? Preferably products I can buy in the UK. Thanks to all.

i'm 15 years old. I hav a problem with me,mostly about my looks,my frenz say i'm so pretty and thin( gr8 body) I sometimes look in the mirror and think yea wow,and other times i cant stand that face. ok...well there's this guy right...he is soooo nice 2 me! We even wen't out 4 like a month.

i work with this guy and He came back today. he was on vacation all summer in florida. I have had a thing for him since i started working there in august. ya i have been doin all kinda of stomach exercises for a month or so and yes there were results of my stomach its really tight but my stupid pot belly is still there it just wont go away it may just be me but one day my stomach looked almost flat and the like a week later my stomach looked a little bit bigger i really dont know what to do maybe im forming mussel on top of my belly fat but these are the exercises i have been doing crunches everyday in sets, lets lifs in sets i have been doing them everyday for a month and nothing i only formed mussel and i can kinda see the area where the mussel is but my pot belly wont go away for nothing is there is that unormal.. and is there anything else that i can do?

So there's this girl I like from school. We are totally close, like almost best friends and a little while back we would be passing each others notes in class and I told her I liked her and she sadi she liked me back! I was so happy.
