hey I just started my period this month and I told my mom and everything but I am to embarrased to ask her when I can start using a tampon to go swimming so is it to soon to start useing tampons on your 2nd period?

Can I Deal With My Depression On My Own Without Seeking Help

I think I may have depression. I don't know if it is temporary or not. I have shown several classic symptoms of depression for nearly three months now, and I am so afraid to ask for help. I feel like there shouldn't be anything wrong with me, and I can't talk to my family about it, because I don't want it to become a huge ordeal. My mom has three sisters - the way they gossip, my problems would be all over the family before the words even left my mouth. I really don't want to draw any attention to myself because I am ashamed that I can't shake this feeling. Are there tips for dealing with possible depression without seeking help? Should I just treat the symptoms as they appear?

Best Friend Says She Wants To Kill Herself

I am seriously getting stressed here! My best friend told me yesterday that she was through with life and she wanted to kill herself! I've been through this before with another one of my friends. It turned out that that friend wasn’t going to commit suicide she was just really depressed but I had told someone. Now it’s happening again with a different friend so I told my mom this time. I let her read the conversation we had and then my mom was just like "All I see here is a very angry child trying to get attention." I don’t see it that way though. Friend in danger

I have a younger friend which is 10 and going through puberty...but not really but she might sooner or later; but that's not the question. Her best friend has already sprouted breasts and its getting time that she really needs to get a bra. Her mother keeps on telling her she doesn't need one, and I think that's stupid! I see them popping out, and when I got mine, I wanted to wear one because they don't look really good under t-shirts! What can I do? I really want to help her and she needs my help. Should I buy her one? Maybe if she gets one, her mom mot just agree...

Im a female and Im 15 years old. Me and my boyfriend had sex yesterday and it was my first time. And it was unprotected sex and I was on my period. Is there a higher risk now that I could get pregrant?

Hey , yesterday I bought some Matte Mousse foundation and i thought I would try a darker shade because i have tanned more. I couldnt try it in the shop (Morrisons) because there were no testers of that shade and I tried it today and It is too orange and doesnt match my skin. What i want to know is do I have the right to take it back and ask for the lighter shade or is it now that ive tried it I can't refund it?

I always had straight hair...or that's what I thought. Since I was little I always had hair long as my butt and it's been straight or well that's what I thought.
When I decided not to take a bit off but cut until my chest area...I realised I really needed a straightener and so I bought one the same day!!! I had no advice on it and when I got home it worked but it took atleast 1 and 1/2 hours to finish and that's something I'm not willing to take. My hair is thick and still longish but I want to cut it a bit and in steps.
I'm not sure if I will cut it though but I need to buy a new straightener and that's a fact...cause I'm on vacation right now and my hair is a mess w/o my old hot iron. Please tell me a good type that wi...

I want to check my friends AIM because I want to see if she's friends with someone I don't like. [ she won't tell me if she is or not ] and I know her password, and I just want to log on really quick, and then sign off and not go on it anymore. And I know her password and everything, I'm just afraid that if I go on it, someone'll IM me and I'll have to talk to them and they'll mention it to her and she'll find out and get mad. Is there anyway I can do it without her knowing? Like, is there a way I can sign onto her name while she's online? Or will AIM like, send her a notice or something that's she on at 2 places at once. Help?

I'm 15 and i've had my period for about 2 years now maybe a little more & in Late May/Early June I was still a 34A and now I am a 34B.. is it weird to go up a full cup size in just a few months or no? Is it normal? Are they going to keep getting bigger?

alright so me and my boyfriend have been going out for several months now and i love him alot, and he says he loves me and he said he wants to spend the rest of his life with me and so do i, but when he talks to like any girl even my best friend i get really paranoid and he gets even more paranoid if i talk to a guy. how can we both stop getting paranoid with each other when we talk to the opposite sex?

im not sure where this really belongs... i was told that i was anorexic... by a doc. so now i think it is time to face the facts... but i dont know what to do... people tell me that i should just eat .. but its so much harder than that... people keep telling me its all in my head... but idk... they are scaring me.. i dont know if im ready to get over this yet... or even where to start... and the worst thing is... i have no suport... family and friends... i already tryed... my nutricionist... all aginst me... and my counsolor.. she just acts like its a one step process... i really dont know what to do... can some one help me??

this guy (chris) and me kinda were going out... (too long to post here sorry.. try to fallow..) and it got broken up .. a few times... but not by us... (im 15 and hes 18 but love knows no age, and we live a state apart..) and than i had to go and take care of my problems and he waited for me... well i by the time i got back and relized he was waiting... i was in a relationship.. and so i dumped my bf.. (it wasnt healthy anyways thats another story..) but when i was talking 2 Chris and i told him than i was singal he was like.. "ohh well now i found someone.." so now im sitting here and i think about him all the time... and im waiting for him... but is he a lost cause...? am i letting other hunks slid cuz im waiting... i dont know ...
