MY FRIEND THINKS SHE NEEDS TO LOSE WEIGHT

My friend Irena; is 5'5 and weighs approx. 120. she is 15 in 9th grade and she thinks she is fat. i told her she just needs to tone up. but she doesnt want to get muscle because it will make the scales go up..we told her to just eat healthier.. aany one else have anymore advice we could give to her.

Weight?

Okay so I'm trying to lose weight, and I weighed myself Sunday when I started and weighed 120. To start the diet I drank lost of water and worked out, then today (Wednesday), I weighed myself at 130!
So whats wrong with me?!?
How could I gain 10 lbs. In a day only drinking water and working out?
Is it water weight?
Do you have any good ab excersizes?

Weight Issues

It's summer.
I have about 2 months to lose as much weight as I can.
But I'm only 13 so I have absolutly NO idea how to.
I'll take any advice that I can get, but pleaseee help.

okayy im jessica. 13/f. turning 14 text month and i weigh about 165 . i DEF dont have a bikini body and summer is in a month!. i wannna wear a bikini this summer so so badd!.. like it sucks to know that ur not gonna be able to wear a bikini. pleasee helpppp..! and im planning on losing it by summer vacation which is next month too..

I made a goal to exercise every day. So, I'm doing thirty minutes a day on my stationary bike every day. What muscle is this working and what is it helping physically on my body?

ALSO, I have some thigh fat I want to burn. What can I do to do that?

i have man arms
and my thighs touch.
HOW DO I GET RID OF THOSE?!

Hey, i'm 13 and I weigh 178 pounds and i'm 5'2, people say I don't look like it, but I do. I've played almost every sport you can name, soccer, volleyball, and basketball. My stomach looks ok, but its just my legs and thighs. I have alot of friends and stuff, but when they joke around about my weight and I get depressed. Especially when my brother jokes on me. I love excersising, but my also overweight mom always doesn't "feel like" taking me to the gym. I also try to eat healthy, but she stops me from it. I eathier eat what she brings home (Macdonald's, KFC, ect.) or I eat nothing scince there's never anything in the fridge. I tried dangerous ways, but I don't have the gag reflex which sucks. What do I do?

im 14/f. im 5'9 and weigh about 180. BE HONEST, is that over weight ?
i have really bad love handels (fat on hip area) so does anyone know any good exersices that can burn it off really fast? and does anyone know good ways to burn off upper arm fat ?

ok well im only like 13 and i weigh alot or at least i think. im about 5'2 and i weigh around 145. you can sometimes see where my fat is its mainly in my thighs and stomach. i need ideas on how to lose weight. i play soccer and thats helped a little b ut not to a big level. any ideas?

ok summers coming up and i want to lose some weigh. im not fat. im a soccer player. im about 5'5 or 5'6 and today i asked 5 friends how much they think i weighed. they all said around 120. and thats what i look like. but i weigh like 157. because..well im going to tell you the flat out truth. i have a big butt and big boobs. so that adds weigh. i have big thighs because of soccer and i have a little tummy fat but i have abs under it.(you can like feel them if you push down.) and i have a little fat on my sides. i look like im about 16-18. well iv never been big on swimming because of these things and this year my friends want to go swimming alot. so my questions are;

how can i lose the little fat i have on...

losing weight in 4 weeks

how much weight would I lose WITHOUT replacing it with muscle in 4 weeks?? I am going swimming with all my grade in 4 weeks and i really really wanna lose some weight! I am planning on doing AT LEAST 10-15 minutes of Cardio everyday (keep in mind i also have to study for exams, and work, so please dont tell me I have to work more) so yeah do you think I'm gunna do good?? Im REALLY working to target me inner thighs, can I tone those in 4 weeks?? Thanks :)
any other tips feel free to tell me
PS I know you cant spot-reduce, but please help me on this one :)

gaining to much weight real quick

I used to be the real skinney girl like 3 months ago. I gained 15 pounds and went from a size 3 to a 7. I eat perfect im always outside runnin or sumfin and I work out. How could that all happen so fast? I hate it, its summer and I look gross in my swim suit I usually live at the pool but I doubt ill be goin much anymore :(. Is there anything like sickness or anything that could do that, although that may sound stupid as hell lol. But I eat very good and exercise a lot and its not muscle, my mom doesn’t know either. it shouldnt be good to get this much bigger that quick.

lower back fat

Okay, so I work out usually like everyday and I have a pretty nice body I guess. I have abs and what not. Oh, by the way, I'm a girl, I'm 15. But anyways, I still have this like fat on my lower back that I just can't get off and it's driving me crazy. Any workouts I can do or any suggestions?

ok i weigh about like 168, somewhere around there, 15yrs old/female. I am active. I do siwm team during the week, abdominals, work out videos, and i eat healthy and im cutting back more. But i want to know if anyone has a faster way to get the fat and weight off faster in a healthy way. I would really like to weight like 150, but i want to start off small first so please help!
