ok i weigh about like 168, somewhere around there, 15yrs old/female. I am active. I do siwm team during the week, abdominals, work out videos, and i eat healthy and im cutting back more. But i want to know if anyone has a faster way to get the fat and weight off faster in a healthy way. I would really like to weight like 150, but i want to start off small first so please help!

AMANxduhh answered Monday May 19 2008, 5:22 pm: I no jsut how you feel, at this very moment i am on a diet and have already lost 10 pounds in 3 mouths.=], All you really need to do is eat less, like everything you eat mostly eat half. No more chips, coockies,brownie ect. Only on your "snack days", which is one day in every week pick a snack day where you can have a sweet. Aslo you can try to eat lots of fruit! OMG lots of frruit it fills you up so much! Also you can try Specail K, meal or protien bars! They make you full, and with that protien bar or meal bar have like some fruit with it. like for lunch, instead of a sandwich have the protien or meal bars with maybe 2 fruits.
