Okay, for the last two years ive been getting major anxiety when i go away. i never used to have it before a particular trip i went on. now, every time i go away i get it. i dont want to have this feeling anymore. Im about to turn 16 (i know this is pathetic), but i cant help it. is there any kind of medication that will prevent me from having breakdowns? or other ways, please help!

I dont really think so but trust me this happends to everyone at everytime, it happend to me before to and sometimes it still does. and i am 14. just try to get over it. But if you have sleep over at someones house before dont sleep over right away. Try to get used to the persons house first. and about the vacations, try to jsut dont think about it and stay by your parents that always helps me.

i got my period 2 fridays ago and i ended it this friday. well ever since saturday i've been having dark brown stuff in my underwear. its like discharge but its real dark brown.. maybe my period hasnt exactly ended? But its monday and its still happening ALOT. idk what it is? is something wrong with me?

NO! you probally are still haveing your period becasue you have a heavy flow. if it doesnt stop by say thrusday tell your mom or call your docter.

ok i weigh about like 168, somewhere around there, 15yrs old/female. I am active. I do siwm team during the week, abdominals, work out videos, and i eat healthy and im cutting back more. But i want to know if anyone has a faster way to get the fat and weight off faster in a healthy way. I would really like to weight like 150, but i want to start off small first so please help!

I no jsut how you feel, at this very moment i am on a diet and have already lost 10 pounds in 3 mouths.=], All you really need to do is eat less, like everything you eat mostly eat half. No more chips, coockies,brownie ect. Only on your "snack days", which is one day in every week pick a snack day where you can have a sweet. Aslo you can try to eat lots of fruit! OMG lots of frruit it fills you up so much! Also you can try Specail K, meal or protien bars! They make you full, and with that protien bar or meal bar have like some fruit with it. like for lunch, instead of a sandwich have the protien or meal bars with maybe 2 fruits.

What are some jobs that you could do ivolving babies?

Well you can also jsut plain old babysitt. I babysit alot and i love it. It might not only be with babies but it is with younger kids, you can try to go around your neighborhood or with people you no and just ask them, "hey if you ever need a babysitter call me" and give them your number. If they dont call you, then its there loss. Also i dont no how old you are but im not sure if your able to work at a day care jsut yet. but you can try to apply, or i no at a lot os churches they have day cares there where you can help out but i no you dont get paid and you dont "fully" work there. but hey i have done it and its pretty fun, its more like babysitting with out the money.

Well i dont know if your boyfirend likes to wear hats, he probally does but i no guys love hats so maybe you can get him a hat. It is somthing that he can have forever.

I have very thick/wavy hair and I decided one day I wanted to curl it. Thing is, no matter which type of curler I used (small barrel or wide) or how much hair I used (small or medium strand) my hair would just not curl. It would a tiny bit at the end but in about a minute, it looked almost the same from when it was just wavy. Is there something I'm doing wrong or is it possible for hair to simply not curl? And if it is possible that I could curl my hair, what steps/products should I use? I'm 16/f btw.

YES!!! i no how you feel my hair is sooo think and curly. Maybe try to turn the curling iron up all the way. also go ym layers when you curl it. if that doesnt work, maybe your best bet is to go to a purfessional. Also make sure your hair is fully dry. Hope this helped.

Well,i am not a perfessional at doing these things to tell you the truth i cant even do a cartwheel(yeah its sad lol) but i do know how to help people do it. maybe what you can try to do is get your leg musclues more stronger. maybe just simples run up and down your stairs. Also you can go jogging trust me i just got back from softball and my legs are killing me! that means my muscles are building. Also you can try to do lunges,or you can try heel raises.it might be sore for a cuple days but do worry try to keep doint them. Hope this helped.

Well i dont really get what you mean but ill try.
Well whgen you like someone and they dont like you back. the best thing you can do is flirt with for all you no they might even like you. thats how guys are they are allways shy around girls they like. (well most guys.) Just lookfor signes that he likes you like, blushing and see if he flirts back.

also, i had my ears done 5yrs ago but want to have my seconds done on both sides and a third on one side thats hoizontal to my helix(i think thats what it is). what do you think about that? and which side would i have the one on? thanks a bunch

Well every periceing you get hurts at one time.
but if you can handle pain then it will only be sore. the adivce i give you is to sleep on the opposite side you get it peirced. also if you want to get your second done the right side is straight and the left means your gay jsut to tell you. so you figure out what side you want. hope this helped and good luck!

15f. I can do a back bend from a standing positiong. I want to be able to kick over and build muscle for backhandsprings too. Any one have good advice for this?

Just keep trying. when you are in your backbend put you legs closer to your hands and then kind of kick. also if you want to build up those leg muscles try to do lunges,or plies. or just simply keep going up and down your stairs.

I have an issue when it comes to eating.

Recently, within the last 2 or 3 months, I've noticed that I'm not eating breakfast or lunch. I'm just not hungry in the morning and I was always taught not to eat if you're not hungry. Just as I was always taught not to force myself to finish a meal if I'm full ... that it was unhealthy to "forcefeed" myself.

Even if I eat the smallest thing (I've tried to eat granola bars for breakfast and a PB&J for lunch) I get that queasy, I-just-ate-too-much feeling. Then I feel as if I may get sick.

So, what do I do about this?
I don't want to starve my body
The worst part is when I get home from school around 5ish (I have after school activities every day) I end up being hungry to the point of eating so much it compares to lunch and dinner. I don't eat more than a small snack after that (such as a granola bar) and before going to bed (usually around 10 or 11).
The process repeats itself until 5 or so at night. Basically, I don't eat anything from 10pm-5pm.
How do I fix this without feeling nautious when I do eat?

I know the reason my body gets the starvation feeling in the late afternoon is because I haven't eaten, but I can't bring myself to eat in the morning because of how sick the food makes me feel.
I'm not dehydrated or anything - I drink anywhere from 3-5 water bottles a day, sometimes more...
I know that I have a problem, I just don't know how to fix it.

Well i no how you feel becuase somtimes i am not hungry at all in the morning and if i eat something it makes me feel sick. Maybe you should try to lay off a lot of water becuase when you drink lots of water it makes you feel full. and when you go to eat something thats probally why. try that and if it doesnt work tell someone you no and trust to help you like a school nurse or your docter maybe jsut give him a call. Also for lunch just try some fruit like cut up something like an apple or banana.
