ok i can do a backbend a herke and all of that stuff but..........im trying to do a flipflop and i alamost got it but what should i do to make it better my teacher said i have to jump higher and keep my feet stright but plez tell me what i can do to help it thanks

Well,i am not a perfessional at doing these things to tell you the truth i cant even do a cartwheel(yeah its sad lol) but i do know how to help people do it. maybe what you can try to do is get your leg musclues more stronger. maybe just simples run up and down your stairs. Also you can go jogging trust me i just got back from softball and my legs are killing me! that means my muscles are building. Also you can try to do lunges,or you can try heel raises.it might be sore for a cuple days but do worry try to keep doint them. Hope this helped.
