What muscle is this working and what is it physically on my I made a goal to exercise every day. So, I'm doing thirty minutes a day on my stationary bike every day. What muscle is this working and what is it helping physically on my body?
ALSO, I have some thigh fat I want to burn. What can I do to do that?

Some Quads
It is more cardio though and cardio works the heart. Just make sure you are doing a fast enough rate. To lose the fat keep bikeing, eat healthy, try some wall sits ]
