blahh im fatt!!=[ okayy im jessica. 13/f. turning 14 text month and i weigh about 165 . i DEF dont have a bikini body and summer is in a month!. i wannna wear a bikini this summer so so badd!.. like it sucks to know that ur not gonna be able to wear a bikini. pleasee helpppp..! and im planning on losing it by summer vacation which is next month too..

my best suggestion is joining a gym or if afford a gym run do like 1 lap one day and move up a number running burns fat and is a very healthy thing to do

The best thing to do is to run.
My friend ran everyday in summer & she came back & everyone was amazed how skinnier she got.
Since your only 13 the best thing to do is go outside and exercise, by riding your bike, walking, roller skating, whatever. & instead of drinking soda;; you should drink water. Soda pounds on those calories. Try eating more healthy too.
