Weight? Okay so I'm trying to lose weight, and I weighed myself Sunday when I started and weighed 120. To start the diet I drank lost of water and worked out, then today (Wednesday), I weighed myself at 130!
So whats wrong with me?!?
How could I gain 10 lbs. In a day only drinking water and working out?
Is it water weight?
Do you have any good ab excersizes?
Thanks :)

You are about my age and about my weight... I am 117 lbs. How tall are you? Because I think 120 lbs. is a really good weight to be at...
BY the way, it is impossible for you to have gained 10 punds. Did you weigh yourself at the same time the next day? Yoiu weigh more at night, so weigh yourself early in the morning. Also, did you weigh yourself right after you ate? You gain weight that way too. What about clothes? There are a lot of factors.
The water could have did it too. Give your body a couple of days to adjust to the water. Oh, also, muscle weighs more than fat so the exercise is just building muscle. (lol by the way, I am 5'3. You are a normal weight. Very normal in fact.) XD ]
i think that first of all you should realize that you are still 14 and if you're tall enough then its okay weighing 120 and feeling comferatable with yourself. i mean honestly do you think your'e fat , do your freinds consider you fat? being comferatable with yourself should be your main focus right now, ofcourse eat healthy but dont over do it. ]
If you only drink water and barely eat here is what happens.
You skip breakfast then eat lunch and have no dinner. Your body holds on to the lunch fat because it doesn't know the next time when you are going to eat. Starving yourself is a bad idea. Sorry if I sound a little harsh. Just have a healthy diet. and excersize. Sorry I didn't answer your question directly but you really should eat. =]]]]] ]
yes that is water weight, but it is also unhealthy to only drink water and work out. I understand you want to lose weight, but you should really do it with a healthy, balanced, diet. Therefore, you will have more energy to workout and you can get through the day easier. You need to nuture your body, not deprive it from food. Also, try weighing yourself when you start the day, because that is your real weight. Try eating salads, 6 servings of vegetables, 4 servings of fruit, grilled chicken (nothing fried), 3 glasses of skim milk, fish, turkey burgers, whole wheat bread. I hope i helped :) ]
