If you are bored, eating is a way to pass time . But instead keep yourself occupied and if you find yourself going to the fridge, go to fruit bowl. If your comfort eating [eating to hide away pain] talk out your feelings or keep a journal. And if your simply hungry - eat yes, but healthy things - fruit , veg, smoothies,nuts juices, yougourhts, meat, fish, healthy soup. But don't deprive yourself of somethng fattie - have a biscuit or two as your treat. Before you go to eat also think about it - do you REALLY need to eat at the moment ..are you REALLY hungry?
