losing weight. ok well im only like 13 and i weigh alot or at least i think. im about 5'2 and i weigh around 145. you can sometimes see where my fat is its mainly in my thighs and stomach. i need ideas on how to lose weight. i play soccer and thats helped a little b ut not to a big level. any ideas?

eating better, maybe doing a morning jog or something. whatever you do dont starve youself most people think if they skip a meal or something then they will lose weight, but that would only be losing water weight and it would come back quick. to lose weight you need to eat more actually, to boost your matabalism, im not saying go out and eat like 4 hamburgers at mcdonalds or anything if you eat small porportion healthy meals like maybe a banana and and apple in the morning and then a couple hours later eat some grapes or something, also you need to exercise while going on this kind of diet, playing soccer will help a lot, but your 13 you shouldnt have to be worrying about this yet. ]
try eating healthier, and maybe start doing crunches and also soccer is a very affective workout. ]
