i need help asap!!! 13/f
ok summers coming up and i want to lose some weigh. im not fat. im a soccer player. im about 5'5 or 5'6 and today i asked 5 friends how much they think i weighed. they all said around 120. and thats what i look like. but i weigh like 157. because..well im going to tell you the flat out truth. i have a big butt and big boobs. so that adds weigh. i have big thighs because of soccer and i have a little tummy fat but i have abs under it.(you can like feel them if you push down.) and i have a little fat on my sides. i look like im about 16-18. well iv never been big on swimming because of these things and this year my friends want to go swimming alot. so my questions are;
how can i lose the little fat i have on my sides.
and on my tummy area.
is there anything i can do to tone up my thighs even more.
i cant realy ask anyone how knows me cause they would say i dont need to lose weigh. but please pelase dont tell me that. or that losing weigh in a short time is bad. just tell me the facts that can help.

To shrink or tone your thighs lay on your side and bend the leg you arent laying on over your leg so that its close to your hips. With the leg laying on the floor raise it (make sure its under your bended leg and flex your foot. While your foot is flexed more your leg up and down, but dont touch the floor with it. In this exercise be sure that your body is rocked over your hip that is on the floor. Do as many as you can. It'll hurt. ]
