loooose weight ok so yeah im 5'3 and about 119 pounds.
i have a pooch on my lower belly
i have man arms
and my thighs touch.
HOW DO I GET RID OF THOSE?!

I'd say that you don't necessarily need to lose weight, but maybe tone up ?
But, if you wanna lose weight, go for it.
I'd say you'd have to exercise at least 5 days a week, for 20-60 minutes (don't overdo it!), and to help keep up with the schedule, switch routines. Like, don't jog/run/walk all the time; jump rope, swim, anything that burns calories!
www.seventeen.com has alot of good workouts, or even the magazine, of course.
But all in all, more than loving weight loss, you're gonna need to learn to love yourself. If not, you may lose weight, but still not be happy.

run for about 20-30 minutes four days a week. drink plenty of fluids like water, flavored water, or juices. also eat healthy, have some self-dicipline. if you feel an urge to eat some sweets or chips, grab an apple or eat some carrots instead. ]
