im 14/f. im 5'9 and weigh about 180. BE HONEST, is that over weight ?
i have really bad love handels (fat on hip area) so does anyone know any good exersices that can burn it off really fast? and does anyone know good ways to burn off upper arm fat ?

ask any other ?'s im very open with this. i used to be obese and now ive developed eating disorders from it so please i beg of you be very careful. but considering the fact that i dont know what you look like it is honestly hard to tell if you are "fat" or not.

so technically you are overweight, but not very.
Some people might suggest excersizes that tone muscle and those work fine, but if you want to shed fat, you need aerobic excersize ( run)
Yes, running is very boring, but if you really are serious about loosing those love handles just run.
