this question is probably going to make me seem conceited but... everyone goes on & on about how pretty i am. i'm just so gorgeous. blah blah blah. i have NO confidence what-so-ever. in my mind i'm totally ugly. there are so many things i'd like to change about myself. it's insane. does anyone know of a ways to boost my self-esteem. i'm shy, i'm anxious, i'm nervouse, & i'm intimidated by EVERYONE. yeah...my personality sucks. when someone tries talking to me i get nervous & sound either completely stupid or rude. can anyone help? :[

I am a Canadian female age 21. This question is actually for a close friend of mine and she gave me permission to do this. She is having trouble with sex. The guy is having trouble sticking his penis into the whole and making it fit and my friend can't get her bfs penis into her hole either. It is also very painful to try to put it in even a little because she is very tight even when she is aroused. Any ideas on how they can fit into each other to reach penetration? and also how can she make it hurt less?

I have been friends with my best friend since 4th grade. We are both going into 11th grade currently. Recently, she has found this boy that she really likes and he likes her, but it seems that she doesn't care if I'm there to hang out with them while his friend is there also and makes me feel like a 3rd wheel. She ignores me and doesn't seem to give a damn anymore. The thing is that she's never like that even when she had her other boyfriend beforehand. I am the one who wants a boyfriend and she tells me oh boys are stupid and there's no one around that's good enough. So I'm pretty much hopeless. I'm 16 years old and I just got out of a relationship that was about 4 years on and off. Before school ended me and my boyfriend Jason were on a break. When summer started we decided to go out. We went out for about like a month and a half and he broke up with me and said we needed time still since we were still arguing. Well his mom told me to play hard to get and not give in so easily. I went over his house and he started crying (which isn't like him, he hasn't cried since his grandmother passed a couple years before) He told me he realized he loved me and he wanted to be with me. i have this boyfriend and we have been going out for almost 10 months.
i just recently moved to hawaii.
i dont know if he wants to stay in a long distance relationship, and when i ask him he says yes, but i dont know if he is telling the truth because he always sounds kindof shakey or something.
I'm not sure how i can ask him to not make him feel nervous or something.

i think i have this asthma problem but i am not sure if it really is asthma or something similar.
reasons why i think this: i'm overweight but i eat fairly healthy; i love fruit and dairy products; and i exercise daily, in total of an hour a day (with slow exercises and at a steady pace). but everytime i run a short distance, even walking, i start breathing so hard it's difficult for me to inhale. i stay out of breath for a miniumum of 3 minutes and a maximum of 5 minutes.
and even when going up just ONE short flight of stairs (like 5-7 steps) I breathe soo hard and so loud. in gym when running just one small lap around the gym i felt like i was gonna pass out because of my breathing.
is this ast...

i hate my body..i play soccer and lacrosse and i like to run.. but all i see is fat. sometimes when i eat i'll make myself purge. i don't want to do it before i do it but after i feel so much better like i've accomplished something. i always count my calories....i don't purge every day.. sometimes it's only once a week or once every few weeks. but sometimes i'll do it more than once a week...am i bulimic? is this serious? do i need help?

Ok so i went out with this guy for 4months.he was the first guy i have ever loved, kissed, and had sex with. We broke up because he wouldnt leave his ex alone. A few weeks after we broke up he called me begging me to come back to him, but my parents refused to let me see him. by the time i finally convinced them to let me see him again. he told me he didtn want to deal with their crap and he didnt want me to be "hung up" on him. But then he told me he stilled loved me when we were talking. I am extremely confused and miss him like crazy. What should i do?

Ok me and my ma are not that close together, her boyfriend got into some huge trouble, and she is really freak out. She hasn't eatting anything,and if she does she will barf it up. I kept on telling her everything will be ok, and I hug her and everything but nothing I do seems to work. I was woundering what I could do to make things better for her?
