whats better friend with benefits or girlfrined? cause i can have a girlfriend or friend with benefits and i really liek both and both like me but i donno which i want cause if i choose to stick with friend with benefits then the girl will get mad at me but if i date the girl then the other will get mad at me

Greetings! Quite new here, what a lovely site...anywho, I have a question, I have been on a strict diet for the past...say 2 months, I've lost 25lbs, which is good :D, but I have been doing it eating Subway sandwhiches, I have moved to Winthrop University now...and I need a new diet plan! I am 6ft and 215lbs, any suggested caloric intakes, fat intakes, w/e would be appreciated!
I also heard that if you cut 250 cals from ur diet while exercising moderatly for 30 minutes a day you can lose 40lbs in a year...is that true?

i like 2 girls both exs both pretty girl only one will date me the other will kinda be friend with benefits and one will date me but if i go out with carie then other other girl dani will be mad at me cause she gets jealus even though she broke up with me and crap but im in a pickle which i should stick withwuts better a girlfriend who likes me and i like or a friend with benefits who i like and likes me but will never date?

hi,14/mif it helps. well yesterday my friend accidently told me that she liked this guy that she used to go out with. the thing is, he treated her really bad, as in cheating, and makin her cry. and after that i never really liked him much, until a lesson we were made to work together. and we were kind of talking and then a couple days later(yesterday) she tells me that she likes him again. the thing is, im just so frustrated about the fact that she still likes him after how he treated her. Im really angry at her, even though i know she cant help her feeling. what do i do?

okay im going out with this guy names josh. well he's went to rehab and everything and is all cleaned up from smoking weed. well recently he started smoking again. and he gets drug tests every wednesday. and he said hes gonna have his brother pee in the cup for him. but if he gets caught i dont want him to go back to rehab or get locked up again. i made him promise me that he wouldnt smoke again but then he smoked yesterday and i found out about it. he says hes been trying but its rly hard to say no cause its around him all the time with his friends. everytime i call him and he doesnt answer i know hes smoking and i just get so mad. i know its mostly his friend scotts fault. scott is always smoking no matter what time it is or anything. and...

i start high school in 2 days! im nervous but excited. any advice about the first day, or high school in general? also, i was thinking of just carrying around a binder with a folder, paper and pens/pencils in it for the first day and seeing what i need after that. is that a good idea? also i dont really play any sports anymore although i wish i stuck with some, but what kind of clubs might there be that i could join as a freshman?

i need good science project ideas. i want kind of girlish ones though. i need a list to choose from. [ex. which shampoo ingredients make your hair stronger] i can't have any brands like kleenex vs. puffs. it has to do with some specific ingredient in the product. [ex. does a face towel with mousterizer clean more than a regular face towel.] i really hope you can help. i'll give you some topics i would like to do it on.
