Last year my father died. My friend Kristen, and my other friend Jeffrey both came to his funeral. I could not of been happier. I liked Jeffrey but nobody knew. I taught him how to slowdance too. He was going out with my friend Claire. Claire and Kristen were really good friends too. Jeffrey, and this girl Lindsay use to get in millions of fights, and I would just ignore them.
Jeffrey and Claire were in 6th grade, and Kristen, Lindsay, and I were in 7th grade. Hey, I'm 13, on my mom's accont, I don't think this matter though?
-Anyways. I was thinking about going on an all protein diet. All I eat is meat.
Breakfast- Bacon [ the kind I buy is like 50 calories for 3 peices ]
Lunch - A few slices of Ham.
Dinner:
Monday- small hen.
Tuesday- baked chicken
Wednesday- steak
Thurday- baked fish.
Friday- ribs.
I'm 5'1...150 ilbs.
If I exercise for 30 minuetes everyday, Will I have a flat tummy by January?

So I went out with this guy for two weeks last may but he's been in love with me since we were in 8th grade, possibly even 7th.
He makes it clear he likes me and even though we broke up in may he called me baby and told me he loved me every night until October.
Then in october he asked this other girl to homecoming and then he asked her out.
My problem is that I'm still in love with him and it's clear he likes me. He sometimes still tells me he loves me and flirts with me all the time.
I have no idea what to do
I really want to have another chance with him but I also don't want to hurt the girl he's going out with now because she's so adorable and innocent.
Do I stand by and watch him leave me and love her or do I tell him how I feel?

15/M Fairly recently (about a week or two), I think that this one girl have been trying to get my attention. A few days ago, we walked past each other in the hall and one of her friends pushed her into me and then they giggled. It wasn't hard, it was just a little shuv, just like playing around kind of pushing and shuving. I know that it was on purpose because there wasn't really anyone else by us. This girl also sits by me in one class. She recently started listening to everything that I say. Like, if I'm talking to my friends she'll ask me about stuff that I'm talking about and just getting me to talk to her. I went to a beach and I saw some birds out in the ocean. They were into a big group, on their side with a wing up. Why were they doing that? I had lunch and when I came back out, they didnt move! When a new bird came by .. he got into a smaller group of birds and just floated there.
