ok well im gonna be grounded probebly in a few days because i fail one of my finals (it really stinks) and what are some things i can do to entertain myself? i done think ill have phone, tv, computer and maybe music privlages. what can I do so that im not completely bored?? besides homework or cleaning. thanks

short hair issues

I got my hair cut really short, about as short as the hair in the middle picture right here:

I have very thick black hair.
I'm trying to get it to cup in towards my face, like the middle pic, but I go to sleep and it falls out of shape in the morning completely. Whenever I go to sleep, my hair always gets completely messed up. It always gets contorted in all different directions and it takes me an hour to get it back the way it was the night before.
So I tried flipping the edge out, like in the picture on the right....and it still comes out in the morning.
I've tried everything- I've tried blow-drying it on...

tampon problems =/

ok so i just tried to put in a tampon for the very first time (well i tried like 5 months ago and i couldnt do it) and when i was trying to push it in it wouldnt go in! i dont know if im putting it in the right spot or i just dont know anything. i dont get it. i tried reading the directions and they make sense i just cant get past step one (putting the aplicator in) cause i dont know where to put it in! and im so sick of wearing pads cause they always stick to me in school and when i wear them during sports and stuff its soo annoying and i cant go in water or anything when i get my period. anyway, does anyone know what im doing wrong or where exactly to insert the applicator (tampon) any advice will do!

right i have £200 for a new phone i dont know what to get i mainly use my phone for music but i use the camera aswell plus i need a good cheap network it has to be pay as you go i cant stand contract any advice would be great thanks:)

Okay, I missed my period last month and this month.
I really crave pickles with bagels & cream cheese, pickles and chocolate, pickles and crunchy peanut butter, and soda. And I HATE PICKLES!...
Also ..I weighed like 132 a few weeks ago and now Im like 150...wtf????
I dont know..I took 2 home tests.. but they were only $1.39...and they were really cheap...But they were (-)...My health ins hasnt kicked in so i cant goto the doctor. plus my family would kill me...
what do u think/

eyes

my eye has been hurting for the last few days. Atfirst it felt like there was something in it, like an eyelash, but that feeling went away quickly. It's been red and it hurts to blink, everytime i do i feel a sudden headache on that side of my head. Also it's become swollen, so my eyelid is like twice the size as my other one! could i have popped a blood vessel, and what else could have caused it to feel like this? should i go to the doctor? and what can i do to make it feel better.

nervousness around guys

i can get sort of nervous around guys. so i tend to stay away or just not really talk to them unless sometimes i just let my gaurd down and everything is fine but i still laugh nervously. the other day i was with this guy i like and i think it was okay but i still dont know. what do you think i should do about my nervousness????

Need instructions for setting up computer-to-computer link, via LD telephone (to a friend on a farm where there is no hi-speed access and no local dial-up service)for sending emails, and things I can get off the net for him.
I expect we could even use Windows 95 or 98 and older computers for this operation.
What adjustments or modifications would have to be made as far as our (two) computers are concerned?
What programming steps would we use?

Im in love with this boy
and he used to be nice to me.
He has lost total respect for me , becuase I let him take advantage of me [dumb idea, i know]
He's rude to me and mean and etc.
I still like him no matter how mean he is!
No, im probably not going to be able to get over him anytime soon.
Does anyone know how I should try and get his respect back and be friends again?

Social Anxiety Problemmms

This is a question for people who have social anxiety or know what it's about. I know I have it but i'm wondering it could be worse than just the normal social anxeity. I know many people who have it, but seem to run normal lives. For me my life is run by my anxiety. I'm afraid to awnser the phone, walk in front of people, go out with friends, talk to people, go to school, etc. It's to the extreme where latley i've been very anti social. I've been ignoring my friends for the past three months. I haven't been to school in two weeks. When people talk to me I avoid them. I sometimes wonder if i have paranoid shystco (can't spell that) Are these intense of things going on normal? Or are they more severe than usual.

got rejected from internal job promotion

so there was a job advertised at work which i and another girl applied for, she had her interview a few days after she had applied, 2 weeks on i still hadnt heard anything... so i made an official complaint to my manager about it.
Anyway this girl that applied has only been there 6 months and has a less relevant background than me for it.
I then got told today that i wasnt going to get an interview and i found out this other girl got it. i feel totally robbed and annoyed.
Should I quit? what should i do?

Theres a boy who liked me and then I went out with a boy and i still liked him I broke up with him but not for the boy I like just because I didn't really like him anymore and this boy I like tells me he found someone else after he was ignoring my texts so I stopped and he always stares at me still like he still really does like me but he feels awkward and i don't think he found someone else he probably just thought nothing was happening between me and him and he didn't even know I broke up with my bf. but then he texted me two weeks after and I texted back but then again i got nothing.

limewire and myspace

ughh ok im having soo many effin problems! so i recently got limewire, so im not too terribly familiar with it but i got the jist of it and my boyfriends helping me some as well. n e way tonight i downloaded a song from there hoping to put it on my myspace because the band myspace did not have it. well getting the song was a problem in itself because it wont save right! when i went to the library it showed where it was but when i checked there by going from my documents it wasnt there! so i was like grr and tried resaving 900 times and even saving it in different locations and it still wouldnt work. so finally i just copied the location and when i went to my music myspace to upload it it wont work again. the song plays fine on limewire, itu...

i really want a myspace! that way i can talk to all my friends and especially my cousins. but my parents wont let me. but i know how to put every privacy setting on! how to put it on private, then how they have to know my email or last name! and then they still g2 click another button to add me! then i approve and everything, then i know how people leave me comments and i have to approve them. and im even willing to give my parents my password and my email address! that way they can see everything i say or do! don't you think they should let me have one now? im willing to let them totally leak into my privacy! parents dont think its safe, but i already know to only add people that i know! not some physco freaks that just need friends! i kno...
