oh crap. i don't want a sonnet!

AAHHH. okay, so in english class, we had to write sonnets. And they had to be written to a person. well, a guy friend wrote to me, and he likes me. I don't like him that way, though. I don't really have a problem with him writing it to me, but part of the project is that we read them out loud and give them to the person we write to (the latter is opitional). i can live with him reading it out loud as long as he doesn't say my name, but i really really really don't want him to give it to me... way awkward. my best plan is to avoid him. which won't be too difficult, but..... still sucks. i need a better plan. HELPPP!

New Style

hey girls..13/f...canadian...i want to sport a new style when i get back to school after the christmas hoildays..i have black hair and brown eyes and just a bit overweight...i dont want to go goth..or punk....i just want to go to something differant then just sweat-shirts and jeans...maybe preppy but im not sure if any of those clothes will fit me...any ideas? thanks<3

hey girls again....13/f...."canadian"...i kinda have a crush on this guy...hes really good-looking but i dont know how to start a converstaion! Hes been in my school for 2 years and ive seen him around everywhere so it would be really weird if i just went up to him and said "hi, whats your name?"...im not the shy type i just dont know how to start a converstaion with him! also,im not really friends with any of his friends, just one of my good friends SOMETIMES hangs out with him...how should i start the convo?? thanks soo much<3

hey girls,I'm canadian...13/f....5'2 and 135 pounds....i realy dont look fat even though im a little on the overweight side..i just basically look wide beacause my "love handles" are wide and i do not know how to get rid of them!! My tummy is basically flat...i just REALLY want to lose weight on my sides beacause whenever i wear tight shirts they make me look soo wide...a girdle helps sometimes but sometimes its unconfortable....any help on how i can look skinner or lose the weight? thanks sooo much<3

my mom and step dad broke up, so this christmas it's just me, my mom, and my sister. We'll be filling her stocking this year and i'm jsut wondering if anyone has suggestions what to put in it. little things, they don't have to be really cheap, but not too expensive either, just fun stuff.

Alright so, I had been going out with my boyfriend for over 2 months. I've been kind of jealous of his ex, because they were like best friends and he told her everything,they would be up late talking, i just know it. and I felt like he still loved her, and believed him when he said he didn't. I never really liked her, she has been cruel to me, and rude, and an abusive friend.
But still, he told her everything...and she still loved him even after breaking up with him.
So I tell him. that I feel like he doesn't talk to me, and my best friend was kind of interfering and talking to him about it too, so then he broke up with me. then I told my other friend, and she called him and told him what a mistake he made, so he apologized to...

i have a feeling my best guy friend is anorexic, he does karate, so he is always trying to stay in shape, but hes always giving away his food, and he never eats and he loos like hes lost lkie 30 pounds over like 2 months,everytime i bring up the topic, he changes it

so i have 2 full weeks before going back to school, and i really want to get into shape. I was in awesome shape this fall from soccer, but now i'm not doing a sport and have sort of fallen into a rut. i'm not fat, i just want to tone my arms and lose a little chub. any tips on diet, exercise, motivation- anything would be helpful, thanks!

lately the past like 3 times i've gotten my period (i've only had it like 4 or 5 times though) it's been like REALLY heavy, and lasts like a week. it's sooo annoying, especially in school.. and it is always getting on my underwear and ugh it's just bad. what should i do?! how can i make it shorter and lighterrrr. ugh i have it now and it's really bad. in school i always feel like it's going through my pants and everyone can see it :( what should i do?!

so my parents are cutting back alot on christmas this year. one of my friends said that they were still spending alot on us but i dont think they are. i want to see what parents normally spend on christmas. i honestly dont want a bunch of rich kids anwsering because we all know that you guys get spoiled (no offense, i do too thought)if it helps theres 3 kids in my family. so i just want a rough number of what your parents normally spend.

i know everyone has exams to worry about right now, but some advice would be really helpful.
wednesday i have an ap calculus bc and an ap chemistry semester exam that i am going to do so badly on. does anyone have any tips on how to study?
thursday i have apush as well ap literature, which is a practice exam that i always do really poorly on. any tips?
any study tips on how to prevent distractions, or how to get motivated would really help. thanks in advance

I am 14/f... and I like this guy, we will call him K... He is a real gentleman and is very funny and nice to me. But the thing is everyone hates him, and theres not a day that goes by that people dont ask me, omg why do you like him. eew thats nasty, and personaly, i really dont care what others think of him, my best friend thinks he is a great guy and will treat me with respect. okay.. soo theres this boy [ lets call him bob ] alright well i went out with bob 2 years ago from like 9 months.. i dont talk to him anymore.. but i think im starting to like him again.. people tell me.. how can u like him if u never talk to him. but i see his personality on how he acts to his friends and other people and stuff.. he was so sweet but the reason he broke up w/ me was that i heard he thought i didnt like him or something? but neways.. he sits in front of me in one of my classes and his friend talks to me.. but
