so i have 2 full weeks before going back to school, and i really want to get into shape. I was in awesome shape this fall from soccer, but now i'm not doing a sport and have sort of fallen into a rut. i'm not fat, i just want to tone my arms and lose a little chub. any tips on diet, exercise, motivation- anything would be helpful, thanks!
excersise atleast thirty minutes a day in a target area. like one day work on your arms, the next your core, and after that your legs or something like that. if you don't think you have enough time to excersise then do jumping jacks, sit ups or push ups during commercials.
for motivation i drew a food pyramid & put it on my fridge to remind myself to eat right and stuff.

Don't drink any soda after 6(and try not to drink that much soda at all) and try not to eat any sweets, and eat lots of fruit and just eat healthy! And for those two weeks, don't get on a scale! If you get on the scale, you'll (maybe) be upset or angry that you haven't lost weight. I wish you the best of luck!
