I heard that if you drink a lot of water somehow it makes it really lighter and not a lot comes out, it works for me but everyone's different

The only thing I can suggest is going to see a GYN. I went to one last year, and he put me on a type of birth control called "OrthoTriCyclenlo" it is very effective, and it helps with my cramps. Plus, my period is up to 3 days shorter, and almost non existant at times. I really recommend it.

I know the feeling. There is really nothing you can do about the flow of your period, except contacting a Gynocologist to recommend you on Birth Control, which can regulate periods, making them lighter.

In the meantime, use extra-heavy feminine pads, or use an extra-heavy tampon supplied with a pantiliner (or a regular pad) as backup. That usually helps!!

Hope I helped =]

Sorry girl, you cant make your period lighter. If you're a virgin, stay one or you'll really get a heavy period, and painful ones too, Ouch! Use better tampons, or thicker pads, what ever you use.
