Music Virginity?
If someone says "I lost my virginity to that band" Its called like music virginity. But what does it mean?!?

It pretty much means it's your first time listening to that band. Hence it taking your music virginity.

My boyfriend had a guy visiting from Ireland where he works. Well the guy never heard My Chemical Romance. I let him listen to it the first time, and another guy said that he lost his MCR Virginity.

I have NEVER heard anyone say that, but I have an idea as to what it means.
You know that the first time a person has sex, they lose their virginity, right? Well, the first time my friend peeled out with her car, I told her that she'd lost her peeling out virginity. If it's the first time you've owned a frog, you've lost your owning-a-frog virginity, same for the first time you wear gray pants, the first time you read Jane Austen, etc.
So my guess is that the first time someone listens to a certain band, they've lost their Insert-Band's-Name-Here virginity. Or, if that band got them into a certain type of music, they've lost their Punk/Jazz/Classical/Oldies/J-Rock/whatever virginity.
Either that, or they love that band so much that they have fantasies about them, and like to joke that they are in a relationship with said band.
That's my best guess, anyway. :D
