emergency weight loss

ok im having a party. i've tried loosing weight for like a month or two, but sometimes i have like instead of writers block, like weight loss block hehe. but my party is in about a month. i just wanna loose ten pounds. i tried on my dress and it looks beautiful, but i really want to loose ten pounds. i really need tips and tricks so i was wondering if you guys can please please please help me out. it's not like i've been slacking on dieting, but maybe I just haven't been dieting correctly. any helps?

15/f. i am friends with a guy who is bi. and i'm a little confused. it just seems weird to me because i don't even think twice before hugging him and it doesn't seem weird to me at all. but then when i think about it it would be really weird for me to hug any other guy.
so why do i feel more comfortable hugging my one friend and not any of my other guy friends. is it because he is bi? and if so why does that make it less weird for me?

i'm 13/f and in 7th grade-ok so i like this guy in my class and hes like talks to every one almost every day he jokes around alot and hes not shy at all hes like the complete opposite of me, im really shy and i only talk to my friends, how do i no if he likes me or not? and im way to shy to tell him i like him so how do i no if he likes me? in library(we have that class every tuesday and we have new assigned seats and i sit by him and the hottest/prettiest girl in the grade,alissa, they were talking and then alissas like ok can i read now i have a c in this class and hes like ok ill talk 2 melissa* (not really my name) and then he blew a kiss 2 me and is like "i love mellissa" and then alissa starts laughing i really think he was ...

Cold Sore

hey...i got something on the edge of my lip and it looks like a cold sore but im not sure. It could be a pimple but there no puss in it and it's just red. its also small. Could it be a cold sore? Does that mean i have herpes? (BTW ive gotten just a few of them before) does that mean i haev STD"s?
please help!!!

ok so im in 7th grade and 13/f i have average sized boobs but my mom only lets me buy bras that have no padding or anything its just really thin like cloth and when i change 4 p.e. it seems like people look @ me alot and since the bras are so thin people can c thru them and its embarrassing cus they can c thru it ya know but ive askd my mom if ican get bras w/ padding and she wont let me and she goes thru all my clothes so if i do get some w/ padding then she'll find it and get mad i guess so what do i do? and sometimes u can see a point were my boobs r when i were kindof thin shirts

so i've had this girl i've called my "best friend" since i was 5 (im 15 now, she's 20) we've always been really close but a few years ago she was dating my brother (she's always been in love with him, still is even though she has a live-in boyfriend) and i decided i didnt want to be her friend anymore (that resulted in her cutting herself really deep and she still has a huge scar). we weren't friends for months but then i got lonely and a mutual friend decided to have us start talking to each other again. we haven't been as close as before since then. she always has little messed up things to say to me now. ever since my family started making more money she has this bitchy attitude. she's always sad about something. its pointless ...

okay, so i woke up this morning like i normally do and i went to take a shower. when i got out of the shower i went to brush my hair. but i noticed this huge (well..for being on an ear huge) bump on my ear. it kind of looks like it could be a tick or something. but its the middle of january so i don't think thats really possible. can someone help me? its kind of grossing me out...should i go to the doctors or what?

Extra episode of friends on dvd?

I've ordered Friends 1 - 10 0n dvd which hasn't come yet and i've just been reading the reviews on a website.
Someone has said that there's an extra episode on one of the dvd's that was never aired on TV and that it's rated 15.
Is that true? No one else has mentioned it.

Okay so I'm dating this guy and we have been for about 4 months. This New Years Eve we couldnt hangout beacuse we we're both busy, I had some girls over and he went to one of the guys houses... we're all friends. Well one of my friends who i have been really close to since 5th grade has been having boy trouble but its complicated. She had a thing with one of our friends and then were cute together for awhile but then she broke it off with him and has been accusing him of things that she used to like. Like she is accusing her best friend of being all over him but really tey are just talking or something. And the first time she said it i believed her when she accused them of being all over eachother becuase someone else agree'd who was there, but now its just rediculous.And she is telling us not to talk to him pretty much because if we hang out she gets mad at us. I dont know what to do because i dont want to ruin either friendship but i feel like i m...

You know how when you get "turned on" your vag gets wet, well literally everytime I am with my boyfriend, that happens. And to the point where it's like i can feel it with just moving, its kind of strange. Getting in shape

I have been exercising and trying to get in better shape. My question is, is it okay to do 3 to 4 ten minute intervals of exercise (say, run 10 minutes in the morning, 10 minutes after lunch, and 10 minutes after dinner)? Will it have the same effects of 30 minutes of straight out exercise?
