emergency weight loss ok im having a party. i've tried loosing weight for like a month or two, but sometimes i have like instead of writers block, like weight loss block hehe. but my party is in about a month. i just wanna loose ten pounds. i tried on my dress and it looks beautiful, but i really want to loose ten pounds. i really need tips and tricks so i was wondering if you guys can please please please help me out. it's not like i've been slacking on dieting, but maybe I just haven't been dieting correctly. any helps?

well if you've been sticking to your diet, have you lost any weight at all? have you been doing any excersises like walking, running, cruches, etc? doing crunches or situps might help you loose your gut. thats what i'm currently doing right now, and i'm already down an inch :)

Just to be real with you I would love my body just like it is. Being you is better then being somebody else. Loving yourself can maake you feel like you rule the world.

Eat small meals throughout the day. Snacks are fine, just don't chow down on Cheetos. Lowfat yogurts, low sodium pretzels, fruits, vegetables, humus, cheese... basically any healthy food.
TRY to eat breakfast. If not, kickstart your metabolism by eating as early in the day as you can. Bring a cereal or nutrition bar (Nature's Valley granola is delicious and protable) when you leave the house.
Limit extra salt, fats, sugars, oils.. blah blah blah. But really, it works. And not just until you've lost the weight.. keep up good eating habits for life.. you'll look and feel better all the time.
Lastly, don't beat yourself up over your weight. Focus more on how you look and feel in that dress, not how much you weigh in it- you know what I mean?
