one of my friends, sarah, used to be big into drugs and that, but when she met me, she stopped.she promised me that she wouldnt do drugs again, because she knows how against it i am, and because she didnt want to do them anymore. about six months later, she told me she had smoked a cigarette. i was really mad, but i was glad she told me. she once again promised me she was done with all that. about a month later, she told me she had smoked weed and smokes cigartees twice again. that time i didnt talk to her for like a day, then she, ONCE again, promised me she wouldnt. that was about a week ago, then yesterday, she told me she got "baked" over the weekend and smoked a bucn of cigarettes. she told me that she didnt want to do it aga...

how do i stop my period from coming

i havent had my period this month
i dont know how to put in tampons, i tryed a number of times but still.
im going to florida in a 10 days, and what if i have my period when im there, i really dont want it when im there, because then i cant swim or do anything fun without being grosed out or something.

i have really sweaty under arms and no matter what i do they still sweat even when its really cold outside..sometimes they dont but when im around certain ppl or a certain enviorment they always sweat..any advice will help

Getting bored with my relationship...

Okay, my boyfriend and I have been going out since October, and have spent the whole summer of 2006 with this little crush on each other thing. He's liked me for a whole year before that summer, too. Basically, after he asked me out we've spent so much time together. I can't imagine not being with him, and neither can my friends. Everyone expects us to be the couple that will never break up, high school sweethearts, etc.
Lately, though, I've been getting bored from being in a relationship so long. I've started noticing all the little things he does that bugs me, and it really irritates me how he gets upset when I hang out with or talk about another guy.
I don't know. I feel like I want to take a break or dump...

ok,well im skinny everywhere BUT my belly,my belly is pretty big. (the lower part) im 13. and i want to know what exercises will tone my lower belly? but i dont want to loose fat anywhere else but my belly,if that possible? i dont want to loose it in my breasts or butt. and also,my brother said that if you eat cirtain foods/vitamins they go to different places.is that true? if so,what ones go to your breasts? i really appreciate the help & thanks so much! :]

iv only given someone a hickie/lovebite/nookie once, and it left a mark for a while, but i dont know how i did it :$ iv bin given hickies before, but i dont understand how you give someone one.
i dont exactly want to leave a long lasting mark, but just a little reminder =P
my pulling buddie (not boyfriend, mainly because i dont want a bf atm) has been given a hickie before, and i want to give him one, but i dont want to try and fail, and look stupid.

so i wrote a story and i'm really interested to get some responses, if you don't like it don't try to be nice, just tell me.
It's supposed to be from the point of view of a seven year old girl, that's why it doesn't sound like the way you or i would think, i am just trying to get a child's point of view of a difficult situation.
also, please tell me if you understand the symbolism of the lion and the polar bear, if nobody understands it i will change it.

okay, my mom just told me that im getting a shot that prevents cervical cancer, and i decided to look online and see what it was.
i have had sex before and im under 18 years old, and they said that some signs of cervical cancer are:
Abnormal vaginal bleeding or a significant unexplained change in your menstrual cycle.
Bleeding when something comes in contact with your cervix, such as during sexual intercourse or the insertion of a diaphragm.
Pain during sexual intercourse.
Abnormal vaginal discharge containing mucus that may be tinged with blood.
and ive had those happen to me. it really freaked me out, and im scared if i have it.

Debate Club!

Ok so, I'm starting a debate club at school, I think I have like sixteen people interested, but that number will probably increase by five to ten people. We've never had a debate club at school before, and though I know how a debate is set up, kind of, I have no idea how the teams are made, like will there be 8 people on each side or what? :/
I want people who have been in a debate club to tell me how they did things at school, just so I can get a general idea.
Any tips and advice are nice, but tell me how I set up the teams. Do I have different teams debating different things in groups of four con and four pro, or what?
Oh, and what are any topics you've debated that turned out to be really interesting and informative?

i called my aunt on new years day. she called back later on her patient's house phone and told me she'd call me later when her minutes were free. i saw time going so before i went to sleep i called her but her cell phone rang twice and the voicemail came on. i called back later in the night and this time it just rang until the voicemail came on. the next two days the same thing kept happening. it was strange to me that she wouldn't return none of my calls because that's not like her. after the third day i gave up. a few weeks later i answered my house phone and it was my aunt. i purposely kept quiet because i was waiting for her to mention me calling her but instead she said hi like normal then asked me what was wrong with my phone(i didn't...

2 Jobs

For this next week, I'm going to be balancing 2 jobs. (1 is full time and the other is part time). There are a few times out of the week where I will be scheduled to work at both places (not at the same time though) - which will require me to be working 12-14 hours those days. Can anyone give me some tips on how to stay awake, energized and not worn out for that day and the following one? (This is only for this week by the way.)
