Loseing Weight!!

ok,well im skinny everywhere BUT my belly,my belly is pretty big. (the lower part) im 13. and i want to know what exercises will tone my lower belly? but i dont want to loose fat anywhere else but my belly,if that possible? i dont want to loose it in my breasts or butt. and also,my brother said that if you eat cirtain foods/vitamins they go to different places.is that true? if so,what ones go to your breasts? i really appreciate the help & thanks so much! :]

I'm sure you thinking your stomach is fat is just an exaggeration, and yeah I know a few exersices you could do. Crunchs, this one where you lay down, put your hands under you butt and lift your legs up and down slowly, or just hold them up for a set amount of time. And one where you lay on your stomach, but hold yourself up with your toes, and your forearms so you're laying parallel with the ground, just hold that for a while.
