i am about 105 lbs, 5'1, and 14 yrs old. i wanna lose about 5 lbs before march 15th, but there is one problem: i cant excercise to save my life. i just cant do it. my knees have issues, and i dont have strength..
i basically want to tone myself, so what can i do?

me and this guy are pretty close, and as we get closer the more i like him. all of his really good friends say that he likes me, alot. but he doesn't know that i like him... he's not very perceptive. lots of people are telling me to just tell him i kie him... which is really hard for me, i'm deathly afraid of rejection... so your all gonna say "just tell him", right? well here's the harder part, he has a girlfriend... me and her arn't really friends... but a little more then aquantences...he cheats on her... and if i made a move i know that he'd respond positivly... but then on monday it would be like nothing happend, and i'd feel guilty. so should i tell him that i like him, even though i'm pretty sure he wouldn't breack up with ...

how to get over it all

well recently i have been in a really bad spell of depression and decided to examine my life and relized that the guy that i like has put me this way. I ahve been chasing after him for 2 years and everytime and get close i just get washed away because some other gilr gets him or he just some how gets really distant. This year really hurt me bad because we went to this camp and afterwards he began talking to me and he even called me once and finally he asked me if i like him and i said yes and then he talked to me a little after that but got a girlfreind and i haven't heard from him in two weeks. i thought i had a lmost got close enough to be freidns a little and i was so happy then it just got washed away again and i have to start from scra...

what happens when my permit expires?? it expires this summer [yes i know a long time from now] but what if i fail my drivers test or im not ready to take it?? i live in PA & everyone is telling me that i have to retake my permit test over again. is this true?? that doesn't seem fair to me. do they give you extentions?? thanks.

SATS

okay so im really worried about the SATS. i took the PSATS in october & lets just say i didn't do so hot. i got half right! i've been studying for a few weeks now & im taking them in march. i have the collegeboard SAT book & the Barron's math book [since math is my low point]. i really don't know what to do. im trying to get as much done as i can but a lot of this stuff just makes 0 sense to me. i didn't take a course on it because there aren't ones offered at my school & a lot of them are extremely expensive. basically, what else can i do?? am i completely hopeless with the SATS??

so theres this boy that i like.. and today i found out that he gets LOVE letters from girls! hes already gotten like four or so, from girls.. probably because the valentines dance is only a week away.. but they signed as secret admirers. Oh yeah, I found out because his locker is like right next to mine, and at the end of the day he was packing up and saw one, and talked about it to his friend, who was laughing. He seemed to not really care about them, and was like "all these crazy girls that are obsessed with me" or something.. i dont think he really liked it. im not one of them, but im still a tad jealous. If you were to get high/smoke pot about 2 times, how would a doctor be able to tell?
I heard you just pee in a cup and they can tell from that. How long should you wait until you're all clear? and does smoking 2 times have any affect on that?

im planning on taking a hiphop class (it starts tomorrow) but i dont know what to wear and im pretty sure theres some type of dress code of sorts you have to follow for hiphop... but any suggestions on what exactly im suppose to wear? tight fitting shirt or loose? baggy/cargo pants or not? tennis shoes or something else? please and thank you!

some of my teeth are funky

I have like little black lines on my teeth.. like, its not the front of the teeth, where you can see, but when i open my mouth to say "ahh" like the part where I chew food, like in the backs there are little lines where there are like.. indentations. i've never had a filling, and i brush my teeth atleast once everyday.. and my parents have good teeth too, so i dont know why i have this. whats the cause? how do i fix it before all my teeth have those little black line things? and they seem to be increasing little by little, and becoming a little more intense in the back 2 teeth. OMG! and i havent been to a dentist.. well since i was in 2nd grade and now im 13 in 7th. help help help!

I had sex a few days ago, and now I think I might have a urinary tract infection or something of that sort. Do the two go together or could this be something else? It burns a little when I pee, but nothing else seems to be wrong and I'm just worried.

Well, I'm 15/f and my older brother is 23/m. My mom has always sided with him and she is completely rude to me. She always compares me to him, and I'm sick of it. She complains that I don't do anything to help her out around the house when I always clean my room on "cleaning weekends", I vacuum when she asks me, and I do the dishes when she asks. Yet, I still hear all the time how my brother, when he was 15 had a job and all this other stuff. Well, I would truly love to get a job, but nothing around here hires 15 year olds, so I'm kind of stuck. Okay so all i really drink are frappucinos.
Ive had cafe vanilla, carmel vanilla, vanilla mocha, and peppermint mocha. <-- my FAVORITE! ( if you havent had it, you should!!
what other unique combinations do yall make when you order frappacinos. i know you could mix any of starbucks flavors and they will make it for you. so what do yall get?
also, if there are any hot drinks that dont have much coffee in them..please let me know? i like about the amount that are in frappucinos. one time i got a carmel machiato, and i hated it! alot of pple my age (14) get them though, and they love them, and they say that they dont have alot of coffee too. maybe mine just had alot on accident? i dont know. but about the hot drinks.. let me know please!

okay, so i went snowboarding this weekend, and 2 of my guy friends came. (they're best friends) and 1 of them i like, and the other one likes me. neither of them know i like the 1st one. Anyways, the second guy told me that the 1st guy is going out with this girl, who basically has a new boyfriend every week. however, guy 1 and i are really good friends and he hasn't mentioned it, even when we came really close to the subject. i don't want to say anything, because i want him to tell me on his terms. but i don't know why he hasn't told me! we talk about everything.. its so weird. what should i make of this, do you think?

I know there's nothing wrong with dating anyone of a different race, and I think I may have a crush on this amazing guy, who is of a different race.
Well me and about 2 friends are the ONLY people in the school who think biracial dating is OK.
The rest of the school thinks its disgusting.
And I know that shouldn't matter, and I mean it doesn't REALLY. But I don't want to lose all my friends, just because of a crush. I know they're not good friends or whatever if they don't accept it, but still, it hurts to lose all your friends.
I know some would be accepting of it, but I know most won't.

If it gets confusing, I'm sorry. It shouldn't be too bad though.
There's this guy, we'll call him "Scott". I went out with "Scott" for about two years, then we broke up becauase of a lie. After the break up, we didn't talk. We basically hated eachother. That was in November of 2006.
Now, he has a girlfriend, and I still love him. He tells me he still loves me, too. [I'm guessing this goes with the whole 'You will always have feelings for your first love' type of thing] But I really still love "Scott".
