I know you want like a tip to be toned but youve gota excersize. 105 lbs, your freaking tiny already. But if you want to like b more musclar or toned, just write a list of things then put it on your wall. Like, "50 crunches at night, 50 pushups, jog for 10 minutes" and try and dedicate yourself. I wish I was dedicated enough to run eervyday but I just like think, i dont feel like it. But if you have it writen out its easier and if you are like watching tv just lay on your back and do crunches durning comericals or whatever.. Here maybe this can help..
