eyeshadow

i have really dark brown eyes, pale skin, and acne
if i use black eyeliner inside my eyelid then it all leaks off during school and makes my eyes look all dark and gross
i need an eyeshadow to really make my eyes pop.
any kind or colors i should use?
any ways to do my eyeliner?
and what color eyeliner?

how do you get rid of hives??? I had a huge red bump on my cheek this morning in school and it was so embaressing!! I was thinking of going to the nurses and have an ice pack and put it on there. But my friends said that would make it redder and bigger. How do you get rid of hives?
Oh yeah and theres a red bump on my head that itches like crazy!

ok i have a formal dance in 3 weeks. I went to stores to try on dresses but because my boob's are kind of small every dress i tried on looked BAD !! and they all looked good on my friends =( is there any certain stores or places i can find a dress that will fit me ?? HELP

Shredded for Shredfest?

So, not this weekend, but next weekend is the almighty shredfest. It's a local show with a bunch of local bands, and they're all really good. It's in Panama City which is about 45 minutes from where I live. My mom doesn't like me going out there. Last time I did, I ended up lying and doing a bunch of bad stuff. It's been a few months since then. But, anyways, back to shredfest. See, that weekend my parents are going out of town for mardi gras. I was gonna go, but then I remembered its the weekend of shredfest. My mom said I can stay at a friend's house that weekend. But, I was'nt even planning on telling her about shredfest. valentines day dance and racism

my cousin is having a valentines day dance and i want my boyfriend to come with me but the problem is is that iam white and my boyfriend is black and everybody in my family is racist and iam afraid if i invite my boyfriend to the dance my family won't approve and be mean and say horrible things to him and me like they did to my mom when she married my stepdad becouse he wa black but i really want him to come becouse i don't get to see him outside of school what should i do?

ok there is a big school valentine's say dance coming up next week--
i really like this guy his name is derek but he doesnt know i like him. But the weird thing is my friend guessed i like him and i have never liked him before and i never gave her any idea that i like him. She is really good friends with him though, and she was like im surprised you dont like derek he seems your type. i want to scrunch my hair for tomorrow. so i plan on showering tonight and adding jell and putting it in a messy bun. then tomorrow morniung taking it out...will that work , or do yoiu have any tips ?

For my entire life my under eye circles had always been there, they are dark with veins and redness around them because the skin around that area is so thin and its so hard finding a good concealer, because the ones i use now go in the creases and appear to make deep bda wrinkes.
and good concealer for EXTREMELY bad under eye [permanent] circles?

I was with a group of friends at the pool. Then this guy from my group of friends kept swimming to wherever I went. I was wearing my swimming costume and I kind of felt that he was looking. When we were playing at the beach, he kept splashing water at me and when I wanted to splash back, he always held both of my hands together so that he was the only one who could splash me. Erm, is his behavior kind of ...sexual? I'm beginning to feel very uncomfortable and self conscious in front of him.

Education in the North During Civil War

Hey. I have to do a report for history on the civil war. Each person had to pick a topic about the civil war so I picked education in the north during the civil war. I'm in ninth grade if that helps. The problem is I can't find anything on education during the civil war, and it has to be in the north. If anyone finds a website or a book that would have some information (or a lot of information) regarding the issue help would be GREATLY appreciated. I'm so stuck right now and I can't find anything on the topic. Please help! Also, please don't give me any websites OR books about the Civil War itself, but Education During the Civil War in the North. Thank you sooooo much in advance and if I could give you a medal I would =)
