there's a store called cache (i don't know if you've heard of it, but i think their website is cache.com or something) and they have formal dresses. my best friend has the build of a beanpole, and she bought this AMAZING dress there. i know they have lots of gorgeous dresses. good luck :)

Lots of girls have this problem.. i used to work in a dress store and trust me... everyone goes through this. The best dresses for girls with small chest and halter and ones that are ripples in the millde between the boobs. There is alwasy push up bras and don't worry! You will look beautiful!

I have the exact same problem! What you do is you find a dress, in your size, that you love! Buy it, and buy a bra to go with it. Padded/Push-ups give you the appeal of bigger breasts. That way you will look great in your dress!

Have fun at your formal!!

Try Macy's. I have the same problem, but I went there last year for a graduation dress, and it worked out pretty well. A lot of the dresses are small. But you have to be careful, because they have a lot of tacky dresses.

Try DEB or Macy's. They've got some cute dresses that might fit you.
