Being completely self-destructive with an ex

I was with this guy for about 6 years. We met when we were still kids, just 16 so of course it was all really intense - first love and all that. I thought it was like a fairy tale. We were completely obsessed with each other. It was a long-distance relationship so of course it's no surprise it didn't last. Anyway, he suddenly totally changed and broke up with me out of the blue, completely wrecking my heart and getting together with my ex-best friend just a few weeks later. Though they broke up a few months later, it was the worst thing ever I ever had to go through.
It took me about 1.5 years but now I felt like a different person and like I got over it.

Running & eating healthy.

Is it possible for me to lose about 10kgs of extra chubbiness by eating healthy, no fast food or sugary drinks, going jogging and doing Wii Fit exercises?
I can't afford a gym membership until August or so but I want to get back into shape so this is my best shot.
Will it work? Any tips? :)

This is about my female teacher and I'm a female too.
sometimes i have caught her looking at me.Sometimes when we look at each other, either she looks away quickly or I have to break eye contact.
When she is teaching, 90% of the time she is looking at me.
When she makes a joke, or makes fun of a student in our class (when I say makes fun of someone, I don't mean that she's mean to the student.) she always looks at me after and smiles.
One time our class had to bring something for a shared lunch, and most of the boys forgot to bring something, so the teacher said to them that they had to sing a song, so the boys asked what song, and then the teacher said "girls just wanna have fun" then straight away ...

This has been worrying me everytime. This is also not the first time this has happebed with me though. It started all the way back in January. I had sex with this guy at this party. He told me he was clean an I believed him. But like 3 days before I thought I had a beginning yeast infection. After I had sex it worsened. I burned and itched.. but not just at the vulva area. It happened right before my period too.
I also had cramping on my left side a lot, even when not on period. The whole shape of my vagina changed too. It looks gross not like it used too. It basically looks like I had a kid and around it it pokes out.
My last period I was on birth control and I didn't experience a problem like I did before.

Hai I'm 14/f and lately I've been thinking a lot about smoking. Everyone in my family has smoked at least once and my mom is the only one who contunues to smoke. Also my best guy friend smokes as well and has offeres me mutiple times but Ive always turned him down. I really don't know I'm somewhat stressed due to school and slight family issues so I want to know what to do. I'm just so unsure of wht to do at the moment please help.

We r moving to a new house but I dont want to go to a different school. My parents act like the don't care and they said if I want to stay at the school I go to now I have to stay with my aunt or my grandma Monday through Friday. And the two other schools I can choose from 1.) is too ghetto for me 2.) has to much drama/ they don't let me talk to my friend that goes there/ their bratty. I have relatively few possesions; but relative to whom? The Nazi's where responsible to less deaths than the Russians during world war II does that make the Nazi's okay? I don't think so. I may be able to pack everything I own into a small car but really for me that is way too much stuff. I suppose it's not the stuff that bothers me it's the percieved "need". I can't bring myself to throw away things like my certificates of achievement (certificates from college stating I completed some course or another). What do they matter? They won't keep me warm at night, they wont feed me, I can't use them to defend my life from the savages of the world. Do I really need to feed myself? What is the point of protecting myself? How can I learn my times tables more completely?

I have never been able to pick up times tables. They vex me to this day. I am left in wonder when ever I encounter someone that can do them forwards and backwards. Starting at any point from 7 x 6 to 9 x 9 without even batting an eyelid.
Having the ability to completly understand and know my times tables would be an enormous milestone in my life.

How can I increase my mental abilities?

I feel like i'm in a prison made of my own limited abilities. I have difficulty remembering anything. I'm a very poor speller and my grammar is shockingly bad. I have extreme difficulty remembering basic mathamatical principals. I am truely inept at everything I do. There are so many things out there to learn and to do. I have recently started to study at a local college but found they had nothing to teach me. The only course that I felt had any merit is their math program which I'm currently enrolled in. The more I am exposed to people the more I realise how far behind I really am. Are there any modes of study that wil increase my memory? What about my spatial reasoning? My ability to work things out in a logical way?
